END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT This is a legal contract between you and Polyworld Games ("Polyworld") regarding the game titled Bounters. You will be bound by this contract if you install or use Bounters. If you don’t agree, then you are not allowed to install or use Bounters.
- Licence. Polyworld grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use Bounters on your own computer, only for your own personal purposes. Polyworld retains all other rights in connection with the Game and all intellectual property in it.
- Disclaimer. Bounters is “as is”. Polyworld makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever about Bounters. You install and use Bounters completely at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability. Polyworld will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever in connection with Bounters. Polyworld ’s only potential liability to you will be for direct damages caused by Bounters, and only to a maximum of CDN$100.
Jurisdication. This agreement is governed exclusively by Ontario law. The courts of Ontario , Canada, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes regarding this agreement or Bounters.
