Roley Games Software End User License Agreement for ROLEY ARCADE COLLECTION .
This End User License Agreement (“License”) is an agreement between you and Roley Games, its subsidiaries and affiliates. This License governs your use of this software product and all related documentation, updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the software in any respect and which are not distributed with a separate license (collectively, the "Game").
This Game is licensed to you, not sold. Ownership and exclusive control remains with Roley Games.
By purchasing, opening, downloading, copying, installing or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this License and agree to be bound by it.
What you can do
You have been granted by Roley Games a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right and license to install and play the Game non-commercially yourself on your device.
You may within reason use the game as you see fit as long as it does not affect Roley Games in a negative way (see what you can’t do below).

What you can’t do
You agree not to:
Commercially exploit the Game.
Distribute, copy, transfer, modify, adapt, merge, translate, lease, license, sell, or rent the Game, or any copies of the Game in part or in whole.
Hack, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Game, in whole or in part.
Use the game in a way that would impact the rights or commercial opportunity of Roley Games.
Lay claim to any content made with the Game or derived from the Game.
Use the Game in an illegal way.
Remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark or other notice.
Ownership
The Game and all of its content shall remain the sole property of Roley Games who retains exclusive control over the Game.
User Created Content
Any content you create from use of the Game or otherwise derived from the Game shall be hereby granted by you to Roley Games in whole as exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable and sub-licensable worldwide.
Roley Games may use your contribution in any way for any purpose including the rights to reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, sell, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise communicate to the public by any means whether known or unknown.
You agree not to claim ownership rights of any content you create using the Game or derivatives, or any moral rights to any content created from the Game or derived from it.
Termination
Your rights under this license will terminate if you breach any terms and conditions in this license.
Similarly you can terminate your agreement to this License at any time, but this will only terminate your right to access and play the Game, all conditions asserted by Roley Games shall remain in full force and effect.
Support
Roley Games might make patches, upgrades or updates available from time to time, but we don’t have to.
Roley Games is not obliged to provide ongoing support or maintenance of any Game.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS”, SIMILARLY ANY UPDATES (IF PROVIDED), WILL ALSO BE “AS IS”. WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE ENTIRE RISK OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE

General
You agree that the jurisdiction governing you and this License agreement shall be deemed solely based in England, so shall be governed under English courts. This License is governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any claim or dispute between you and Roley Games shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in England. If any aspect of this license is deemed unenforceable then the rest of the terms still remain intact and apply. All copyright and other intellectual property rights within and deriving from the Game belong to and are under the exclusive control of Roley Games. This license does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
