In these terms of service, Vedg Studio outlines how you can access and use our game, Object Wars. Vedg Studio is a company located in Namur, Belgium.

Pay particular attention to the following items when reading these Terms:

Virtual Content: A license to access Virtual Content is all you get when you purchase, earn, or are gifted Virtual Content. Any Virtual Content you unlock is not yours, and you cannot transfer it. You cannot redeem Virtual Content for any type of "real world" money, and Virtual Content has no monetary value.

Refund Policy: Your right to change your mind, cancel the order, and get a refund is lost if you receive immediate access to or download your digital content. There are some exceptions to this rule, but we have a strict refund policy. You should detail the exceptions.

User Rules: You agree to follow our User Rules. These rules govern both in-game behavior and certain out-of-game conduct while playing Object Wars.

Can my account be suspended or terminated? (If you break the rules, you will face Object Wars tribunal! So yes)

We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if we determine that it is being misused (including violating the User Rules).

We can make such determinations using automated systems and machine learning tools, or by using other methods we think are appropriate. Please Contact Us with details if you believe we made a mistake, and we will review your case. We may suspend your account during our review.

When we terminate your account, what happens? (You will lose access to any purchases, including Game Currency and Virtual Goods.)

Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to your account, including any associated data or Virtual Content. If we terminate your account for a legitimate reason:

No refunds will be given and no liability will be incurred by us.


Object Wars' intellectual property, including any computer code or Virtual Content, may not be sold, copied, exchanged, lent, reverse engineered, decompiled, derived source code from, translated, leased, granted a security interest in, transferred, published, assigned or otherwise distributed, unless otherwise expressly permitted by us in a signed written contract.

Is Object Wars' intellectual property mine to use? (We reserve all rights to our IP, but allow for some personal, non-commercial uses, such as fan art.)

Additionally, you agree that you may never use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, taglines, or trade dress, unless we grant you a license in writing signed by us. You may be subject to severe civil and/or criminal penalties if you reproduce, redistribute, or modify Object Wars' services in violation of our terms.


When playing Object Wars, can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people? (No. We might ban your account if you do this.)

You must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations in your and Belgium's jurisdiction when playing Object Wars. Additionally, you must comply with the acceptable use and behavioral policies that we publish from time to time on our websites, apps, and games, as well as the behavioral rules below (collectively, "User Rules"). The User Rules posted to our websites, apps and games or set out in this Section are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify them, as well as taking appropriate disciplinary measures including temporary bans, account suspension or termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Vedg Studio policy, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed as inappropriate in the User Rules.

Here are some examples of behavior that warrants disciplinary action:

Communicating in any way that appears to originate from Object Wars admins, moderators, including impersonating an employee of Vedg Studio;
Posting identifying information about yourself, Vedg Studio employees, or other players;
Other players or Vedg Studio employees are harassed, stalked, or threatened;
Removing, altering, or concealing any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights notice from our Services. Furthermore, you may not transmit content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity rights, personal rights, etc;
Communicate any content that we reasonably believe is offensive to players, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;
Content that contains viruses, corrupted data, trojan horses, bots, keystroke loggers, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that have the intent, or actually do, of damaging, detrimentally interfering with, surreptitiously intercepting or mining, scraping, or expropriating any system, data, or personal information;
Bypassing, removing, deactivating, impairing, descrambling, or otherwise circumventing any technological measure implemented by us or any third party to protect or control access to our Services;
Using repeated postings as a means of spamming chat, whether for personal or commercial reasons;
Engaging in any action that may or may not defraud another player, including scamming or social engineering;
In any way, interacting with our Services with unauthorized third party programs, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs, is prohibited. Any unauthorized third party program intercepts, emulates, or redirects any communication related to the our Service, as well as any unauthorized third party program that reads the memory used by the our Services in order to collect information about our Services;
Inaccurately accessing or attempting to access areas of our Services that are not accessible to the public;
Selecting an account or user name that falsely indicates an affiliation with Vedg Studio, contains personal information, or is offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. In user names, such as misspellings or alternative spellings are not permitted. If we believe that your name violates this provision, it may modify your name without notifying you, and may take further disciplinary measures, including terminating your account;
Breaching the User Rules or these Terms by inducing or encouraging others to do so;
Using our Services for any business purpose without our express written consent or after we ask you to stop.


Is the content I post on my responsibility? Yes, we can use what you post.

Apart from Unsolicited Ideas, you’re also responsible for any other communication, user names, images, sounds, or other material and info you create, upload, use, or transmit with or through our Services.

Your Content should only be uploaded or transmitted if you agree to the following:

Vedg Studio is not liable for any use or disclosure of Your Content and you represent, warrant, and agree that none of Your Content will be subject to any obligation, such as confidentiality, attribution, or otherwise.

Further, you represent, warrant, and agree that Your Content will not violate any third-party rights.
