1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or playing Crazyness: Weird Village (“the Game”), you agree to comply with this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.
2. License Grant
Marcos Dantas Dos Santos (“Developer”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and play the Game on a compatible computer or device.
You may not:
Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or share the Game;
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game without express permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Game’s source code;
Use the Game in violation of local laws or regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including text, graphics, characters, sounds, music, mechanics, and code, remain the sole property of the Developer. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
4. User-Generated Content and Multiplayer (if applicable)
If you create content within the Game (such as usernames, messages, or mods), you grant the Developer a free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, display, or modify this content within the Game or for promotional materials.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Game, including data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions.
6. Termination
The Developer may terminate this EULA if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the Developer’s jurisdiction.
8. General Provisions
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game.
