End-User License Agreement(EULA) of for Medusa Frontier video game.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the original author of the software video game published and known as Medusa Frontier.
In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, or agreed to in writing, shall the original author of this software be liable for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the software (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other damages or losses), even if such contributor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(If you try to play, hack or mod the game and the computer crashes or something gets damaged for ANY REASON, you agree it is not the game developers fault because this software product does complicated stuff and a lot of effort was put into making the game and software run "good" and "safe". )
The original author reserves the right to grant license to use the Software to third parties.
By using this software, "you" the 'end user' and operator agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement and understand the following.
This software and included media assets is distributed as an "Early Access Game."
This software is distributed and intended for use by a licenced individual.
This software is intended to perform operations and calculations for the purpose of
interactive entertainment commonly understood as "games" or "video games".
This software is and contains close source copyright protected intellectual property.
Content contained within the software and "software package" is examined with reasonable effort in order to preserve intellectual property and adhere to copyright law. Such efforts include the examination of source code, creation of source code in a clean room, use of public domain materials, use of public domain material for the creation of new original material,use and examination of media files and media file formats, and examination of executable software instructions contained in the product for the purpose of initialization and stable opration of the software.
By using this software, "YOU" the operator or "end user" agree "use" of this software is strictly for the purpose of Licensed use of the software product and the type or nature of this software is known and marketed as an "Early Access" game software product.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of Medusa Frontier video game ("Software") directly from the original author, Render Goblin Games or indirectly through only authorized resellers, distributors or publishers granted license or permission by the original author, creator, and rightful copyright holder of the software and original intellectual properties known as Medusa Frontier video game.
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Medusa Frontier software. It provides a license to use the Medusa Frontier software and contains information regarding liability and terms of licensed use.
If you register or participate or use a free demonstration software of the Medusa Frontier video game, this EULA agreement will also govern that use. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Medusa Frontier software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply to the software known, marketed and distributed as Medusa Frontier or Medusa Frontier Early Access Edition, regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, internet-based features or services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
The Author hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Medusa Frontier software on a computation device owned by you, so long as the use is in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load and use a single copy of the Medusa Frontier software on a single computational device under your control.(for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet that you own.)
You are not permitted to copy the software for use on multiple devices.
(Enterprise, Expo, Educational, or any commerical use requires a special license that must be purchased)
You are not permitted to Edit, alter, modify, rename, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software.
You are NOT permitted to distribute in whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software.
You are NOT permitted to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software or data and media files bundled with it.
You are NOT permitted to reproduce, replicate, copy, distribute, resell or use the software for any commercial purpose or educational purpose.
You are not permitted to use this software for any unlicensed purpose.
You are not permitted to use this software for the creation of ANY "content", media, or software that is malicious, harmful, deceptive or detrimental to any person, business or government entity.
Modification for commercial use:
You are not permitted to modify this software for ANY commercial or unlicensed purpose, including but not limited to creation of video content, animation, film production, documentary, streaming content, defamation of any person, threats,deception,intimidation, or illegal purpose of any kind.
(That "unlicensed purpose" part is really important here because this is the "Modification for commercial use" clause. If you want modify the game to create presentations or use the demo or game software for ANY commercial purposes of any sort, you need to contact Render Goblin Games to negotiate a license for ANY USE beyond playing, enjoying, or reviewing the game.)
You are NOT permited to allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
You are not permitted to use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
You are not permitted use the Software for any purpose that the author or Render Goblin Games considers a breach of this EULA agreement.
Intellectual Property and Ownership:
The author of this software shall at all times retain copyright and ownership of any and all intellectual properties and copyright materials in this software that was created by the author or Render Goblin Games.
The author and distributor of this software reserves the right to update, remove, alter, and edit new distributions of the software. By using this software, you do so with the understanding that the game software may not operate correctly if other software or system configuations lack, change, or alter the intended operation environment in such a manner that it prevents the intended use.
By using this software, you agree and understand that any modification to configuration, execution, and operation of the software does not guarantee the software will operate as intended or without error, ESPECIALY IF OR WHEN the software is modified, hindered, manipulated or reconfigured FOR ANY PURPOSE by ANY PERSON, SOFTWARE PROGRAM OR OPERATING ENVIRONMENT, including but not limited to modders, hackers, updates, patches, operating system updates, hardware driver configurations and updates.
By using this software, you agree and understand that the ORIGINAL AUTHOR and rightful copyright owner of this software, is not liable for any damages, anguish, or loss of data caused by use OR MODIFICATION TO THE SOFTWARE including but not limited to, game updates,software patches, mods, file save errors, loading errors, software bugs, or graphics driver updates.
//For example: When the game is updated, the game might require a new save file format so if you build something really cool, it might not load correctly when a new save file format is created.
//For example: If OS updates and video card driver updates wreck gamers and hard working people just when we got the game working stable, a patch might be required just to get essential operations of the game working again.

By using this software, you agree and understand the original author does not condone, permit, approve or license any third party to use the software for any malicious or deceptive purpose.

Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue regardless of use or frequency of use. By using this software you agree failure to comply with any terms of this EULA is a violation of the End User License Agreement.
By using this software, you agree that any violation of this End User License Agreement may result in termination of your licensed use or access to this software without refund or compesation.
By using this software, you release the original author from any and all liability that may arise from use or misuse of this software, especially if such use is a violation of this End User License Agreement.
By using this software, you agree that use of the software in the creation of illicit, obscene, illegal, or fraudulent images is strictly prohibited and such use is a violation the End User License Agreement.
By using this software, you agree that under no circumstance, policy, or tort, shall the original author be liable for or required to grant refunds or disperse payments or compensation of any kind for any reason.
