PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT (“GAME”).
GAME here means Software, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order of "Dimakerus”
USER here means the person who has acquired a copy of this GAME
AGREEMENT here means this document representing the user agreement between the creators of this GAME and the USER
The use or installation of this copy of this GAME by the USER indicates the USER’s acceptance of this AGREEMENT.
THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL USE OF THIS GAME.
Scope
The USER may install and use this GAME for personal use only and this GAME may be installed and used by on only one computer;
All components accompanying this GAME must not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means except with the GAME software and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
This GAME must not be used, copied, transferred, distributed, modified, adapted, merged, translated, decompiled, disassembled, or reverse-engineered nor any part of it except as expressly permitted by this AGREEMENT.
The USER must not remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark or other notice;
The GAME must not be used for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purposes.
Term
The AGREEMENT will end automatically if the USER breaches any of the terms.
When this AGREEMENT ends the USER must stop all use of the GAME, destroy and erase any copies he/she has.
General
The rights granted in this AGREEMENT are non-exclusive.
This AGREEMENT does not affect the USER’s statutory rights as a consumer.
IF THE USER ACCEPTS THE TERMS WRITTEN IN THESE AGREEMENT, SELECT “I ACCEPT” TO INSTALL THE GAME SOFTWARE AND TO INDICATE THAT HE/SHE ACCEPTS SUCH TERMS. IF THE USER DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, HE/SHE MAY NOT CONTINUE WITH THE INSTALATION AND MUST NOT INSTALL, USE OR RUN THIS GAME ON THIS OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER.
