End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Avatar Raiders
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Avatar Raiders
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Avatar Raiders software ("Software") directly from Avatar Raiders or indirectly through a Avatar Raiders authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Avatar Raiders software. It provides a license to use the Avatar Raiders software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the Avatar Raiders software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Avatar Raiders software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Avatar Raiders herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Avatar Raiders updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
Media-Constructors hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Avatar Raiders software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the Avatar Raiders software on devicese under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Avatar Raiders software.
You are not permitted to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
use the Software for any purpose that Media-Constructors considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Media-Constructors shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Media-Constructors.

Media-Constructors reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time without notice

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Data security and risks
Avatar Raiders is a software for live streamers. To use this software, it is necessary that you provide access data to your Twitch profile. Never set up the application during a livestream and do not show your access data to anyone!
By using this software, your Twitch access token will be stored locally on your hard drive. This could be used to gain access to your Twitch account.
We only store the token encrypted on your hard drive. Nevertheless, we do not assume any liability in case your key falls into the wrong hands. We do not transmit the token to us or any third party, but send it exclusively to Twitch's services to communicate with the chat.
By using this software, you accept that this is a risk and you accept it.

What data do we collect and use?
Media-Constructors collects information to identify you as a streamer. This includes your Steam account name and Twitch account name. In addition, The Software receives a user id from Twitch with which you can be uniquely identified on Twitch. From each participant in your chat, Avatar Raiders receives the Unique User Id as well as the current username. Nevertheless, this data is available to all chat participants. Avatar Raiders uses the name and user id to uniquely identify the participants of a match. Media-Constructors uses this data exclusively to be able to assign the points earned in the game and store a highscore list on our server. The data will NOT be shared with third parties. The storage on our server serves the sole purpose of offering a retrievable highscore table.
For retrieved data, no user IDs are transmitted. Only the position in the ranking, the display name and as well as the achieved points.

Links to third party websites
The software contains links to websites that do not belong to Avatar Raiders. These are offered to you to make settings more comfortable. Media-Constructors does not have access to these sites and does not take any responsibility for the content of these websites. The sole responsibility for the content of external websites lies with the respective website operators.
Media-Constructors is not liable for any damage or loss caused by accessing external websites.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of de.

Copyright Infringement; Notification and Removal Procedures.
For all works contained in Avatar Raiders, Media-Constructors either owns a license or is the sole owner of the rights. If you believe any of the materials on our website or within the software, infringe your copyright, you may request that it be removed. The request must be accompanied by a signature or electronic equivalent of the copyright owner or an authorized agent. In addition, the request must include the following information.
1. a unique identification of the copyright owner.
Including your name, address, email address as well as telephone number.
2. a clear identification of the work whose copyright has been infringed. Including a description of the work and where the work is used.
3. a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or its agent.
4. a statement that you represent, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or an authorized agent of the copyright owner and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
