Do not use this software in a manner that will break local and or international laws.
Do not use this software for real world flight planning, this is for entertainment purposes only, for private home use.
*If you happen to use this software on streams or video sharing sites that are monetized or have advertisements that is permissible.
You are free to share the creations made with the tools in Shotgun Pinboard as that is one of the main features provided to you in this software.
Updates should come from trusted sources, updates maybe delivered through Steam or other digital delivery services in the future.
Please check trusted sources before updating this software as any other sources may provide illegally modified content and is not supported or condoned, and I am not responsible for damages caused.
I have made a personal commitment to my users to provide updates, fixes and extra features where possible.
However am not obliged to do this because circumstances may prevent this from happening.
