All contents included in the Service (including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, applications, software, music, sound, and other files, as well as their selection and arrangement) are protected from unauthorised use under applicable law. The whole content of the Service is protected by copyright laws in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as comparable laws in other jurisdictions.
You agree that no materials that are part of the Service may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, or otherwise exploited without RossGirl's express prior written permission, except for your own User Content (as defined below). RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech and/or its licensors retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to all materials uploaded on the Services by RossGirl, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that by using the Service or accessing any items placed on the Service by RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech, or any derivative works thereof, you do not acquire any ownership rights.
RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech offers you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited-scope licence to access and use the Service exclusively for the purpose of viewing and using the related Services. These Terms restrict your licence to use the Services.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily publishing content on the Service through the use of RossGirl's technologies and resources. You acknowledge and agree that you may not distribute, sell, transfer, or licence this content and/or application in any manner, in any country, or on any social network or other medium, without RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech's express written permission.
You authorise RossGirl to act as your agent as the application's operator. ########### Virtual Currencies/Virtual Goods ###########
The Service may provide an option to purchase virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") for which you may be required to pay a price in "real money."
Additionally, the Service may offer virtual, in-game digital objects ("Virtual Goods") that may be purchased from RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech in exchange for "real money" or Virtual Currency. Virtual Currency and Virtual Products are never redeemable for real money, goods, or any other thing with a monetary value from RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech or any other entity. You acknowledge that you do not own any Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency. Your purchase of Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable, save at the sole discretion of RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech. Outside of the Service, you are not permitted to purchase, sell, or exchange Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods. This is a violation of the Terms and may result in your account being terminated and/or legal action being brought against you.

The RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech Service may include communication channels such as forums, communities, and chat sections ("Communication Channels") that allow you to interact with other Service users. RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech is under no duty to monitor these communication channels, but maintains the right to do so and and to evaluate content posted to the Communication Channels and to delete any materials at any time, with or without warning, for any reason. Additionally, RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to any Communication Channels at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge that RossGirl does not sponsor or regulate the chats, postings, or materials made by users on the Communication Channels, and that these communications should not be deemed evaluated or approved by RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech. You acknowledge that all conversations with the Communication Channels are public, and as a result, you have no expectation of privacy with respect to your use of the Communication Channels. RossGirl/Meta Fusion Tech is not liable for the information you choose to share via the Communication Channels or for the activities of other users.
You agree that your use of the Service will be lawful and in accordance with the Service's use standards. In addition to the foregoing, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Service to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise disseminate obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual, or otherwise objectionable information. slander, libel, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse anybody, whether in a hostile, racially, ethnically, or otherwise unpleasant or objectionable manner. upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) files that include viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software or programmes that may impair the Service's operation or that may damage the computers of other users. violate any party's contractual, personal, intellectual property, or other rights, including by using, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise making available any information made available through the Service in a manner that violates any party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right (including privacy or publicity). make an attempt to steal other members' passwords or other confidential information. create erroneous reports to RossGirl by incorrectly utilising support channels or complaint buttons. In violation of the applicable License Agreements, you may not produce, distribute, or publicly inform other members about "auto" software programmes, "macro" software programmes, or other "cheat utility" software programmes or apps. exploit, distribute, or alert other members publicly of any gaming error, misstep, or flaw that results in an unwanted advantage. breach any applicable laws or regulations, or promote or encourage any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, hacking, cracking, or distribution of counterfeit software, or the use of cheats or hacks in connection with the Service.

The information we receive from you is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable social network. By using the Service, you may be providing RossGirl/Meta Fusion permission to share your e-mail address and any other personally identifiable information with your social networking site.
