This agreement is between Vaulted Sky Games ("Vaulted Sky"), and the end user installing and playing Midnight Ghost Hunt ("You").

• Midnight Ghost Hunt, the ("Game") is in Beta, so there will likely be bugs and issues. The Game may not work correctly at times.
  
• The Game is not finished software; it is not representative of the finished product. The final shipped product may differ significantly.
  
• Vaulted Sky is not responsible for any problems that may be caused by the installation and play of the Game. You play entirely at your own risk.

WARNING: If you are prone to seizures as a result of photosensitive epilepsy, do not install and play the Game. Although not common, lights may flash rapidly during gameplay.

Vaulted Sky may track certain choices, events, and behavior for analytics. These analytics are for the sole purpose of analyzing how players interact with the game as part of our continued development. Data tracked may include, but is not limited to, IP address and region information. Vaulted Sky will NOT sell any data received as part of this test. If you do not consent to this data tracking, do not install and play Midnight Ghost Hunt.

By installing and playing the Game, you fully agree to have read and understood the above.
