REECE MAKES GAMES EULA
Hello. Thank you for partaking in the Rise for the Fight open beta.
Before playing, please make sure to read the EULA carefully, as there are some important details and rules that need to followed for the game, and all future projects developed.
1. PRODUCT LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE:
1a. This product is free to anyone. Upon acquiring the product, a license will be granted to the user, as long as they follow the full terms of the EULA. Users will have access to the product for personal use only.
1b. Reverse engineering the product to exploit, redistribute or resell it and its assets is prohibited. General monetization of content, as well as the game and its assets is prohibited.
1c. The majority of assets in the game are intellectual property of Reece Makes Games. Some assets are modified from other sources and are following Fair Use Copyright laws.
2. USER GENERATED CONTENT:
2a. Users are permitted to create content for the game. All users have the right to ownership for their content, and can do as they please with their content, as long as it does not exploit or compromise the game, or give an unfair advantage to the user, or the content holders. Users cannot monetize their content, as this falls under section 1b.
2b. The developers have the right to remove content that may be unfit for the game. If your content is removed, it must not be reuploaded or redistributed in any capacity.
3. ZERO CHEAT POLICY:
3a. Exploitation of the game, such as cheating, botting, hacking, is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from accessing the game. Please don't do this, it's not worth it.
If you under suspicion that someone is exploiting the game, please contact us with a video recording, and we will take action as necessary.
4. TERMINATION AGREEMENT:
4a. The developers reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate users from accessing the game if they are under the belief that they are violating the EULA.
4b. The users are not obligated to a refund of any sort if they are terminated from accessing the game and its content.
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
5a. The developers are not responsible for server downtime, lag and maintenance, as well as loss of progress, loss of products, and termination of product access, unless deemed unlawful otherwise.
5b. User satisfaction is not guaranteed. We will try our best to satisfy the needs of the user, but we are not required to do so.
5c. If the game is experiencing any issues, the developers will do their best to address those issues, but it is not guaranteed. This section follows what is under section 5b.
You are not obligated to provide feedback on the product, but it is always greatly appreciated.
