You specifically agree not to:

Distribute Unauthorized Copies
You may not distribute, lend, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer copies of the Game or rights to use the Game to any third party without the express prior written consent of the Company, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

Extract, Decompile, or Reverse Engineer
You may not extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or technological methods embedded within the Game, except as explicitly permitted by applicable law.

Modify or Create Derivative Works
You are prohibited from modifying, translating, adapting, or creating derivative works or improvements of the Game or any part thereof without the express prior written consent of the Company, except where such restriction is unenforceable under local law.

This software may include tools or functionality enabling the creation, modification, or distribution of user-generated content, including but not limited to maps, levels, assets, and gameplay modifications ("User Content"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Affiliation or Endorsement
The developers do not claim ownership over any User Content created by users and do not endorse, sponsor, or assume any responsibility for such content. User Content does not reflect the views or intentions of the developers.

No Monitoring or Pre-Approval
User Content shared or distributed outside of official channels is not reviewed, moderated, or approved by the developers. You understand that such content may be inaccurate, offensive, unlawful, or harmful.

Assumption of Risk
You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with accessing, using, sharing, or relying upon User Content. The developers make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, legality, performance, or suitability of any User Content, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to User Content, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, reputation, or functionality, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where such limitation is prohibited by consumer protection laws.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with User Content you create, upload, or distribute, except where such indemnity is invalid under applicable consumer law.

Waiver of Legal Action
By using or sharing User Content, you expressly waive any right to initiate or participate in any class action, lawsuit, or legal proceeding against the developers in connection with such content, except where such waiver is not enforceable under local jurisdiction.

Binding Arbitration and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or User Content shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, unless local law provides the user a non-waivable right to access the public courts. The governing law shall be that of the developer's country of incorporation, unless otherwise required by local legislation.

Right to Remove or Restrict
The developers reserve the right, but not the obligation, to restrict, disable, or remove User Content that is found to be harmful, unlawful, or in violation of community guidelines or applicable law, provided such action is consistent with local legal standards.

By installing, accessing, or using the Game or any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or any applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will immediately cease.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.

All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.

This Agreement may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's country of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
