EULA Arhaekon game
By accessing or using Arhaekon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the game.
1. Use of the Game
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and agree not to use the game for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for your account and any activity related to it. Keep your account information secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arhaekon solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. User Content
You may be able to post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the game ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Arhaekon. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the service.
3. Purchases and In-Game Transactions
Arhaekon may include options to purchase digital goods or services within the game. All transactions are governed by these Terms and any additional terms provided at the point of purchase.
4. Right of Refund
You may be eligible for a refund for purchases made within the game or for the game itself on Steam, subject to Steam’s refund policy and any additional refund rules provided by us. Requests for refunds should typically be made within the time frame specified by Steam’s refund policy, usually within 14 days of purchase, provided the game has been played for less than 2 hours.
To initiate a refund, you must follow the process outlined on the Steam platform, which involves accessing your Steam account, selecting the game or content for refund, and providing a valid reason for the request.
Certain purchases may be non-refundable, such as in-game currency, special edition items, or content consumed or irreversibly applied to your game account. These exceptions will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase.
Refunds will be processed by Steam and may take a certain number of days to complete. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or to your Steam Wallet, as per Steam’s policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that violates the game’s terms of service.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
• As Available: Arhaekon is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
• Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the game.
• Unreal Engine: “Arhaekon” was made with the Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2024, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.
• Epic Materials: "Arhaekon" includes Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind.
• Disclaimers by Predict CSD Consulting and Epic: Predict CSD Consulting, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials, including without limitation all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions of any kind, such as title, non-interference, authority, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose, system integration, accuracy, results, reasonable care, workmanlike effort, lack of negligence, and lack of viruses.
• No Guarantee of Operation: Predict CSD Consulting, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates make no warranty that the Epic Materials will operate properly, meet requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or comply with platform rules.
• No Platform Approval Guarantee: There is no guarantee that a platform manufacturer has approved or will approve "Arhaekon," or that approval will not be revoked.
• Exclusion of Certain Warranties: Any warranty against infringement that may be provided in Section 2-312 of the Uniform Commercial Code or in any other comparable statute is expressly disclaimed by Predict CSD Consulting and Epic.
• Limitation of Liability: Neither Predict CSD Consulting, Epic, nor their affiliates or service providers shall be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use the Epic Materials. This includes loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, and other commercial damages or losses.
• Exclusion of Damages: Predict CSD Consulting, Epic, and their affiliates will not be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of this Agreement or the Epic Materials.
• Jurisdictional Limitations: The limitations and exclusions regarding damages apply except where prohibited by law.
• Limitation by Law: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the liability of Predict CSD Consulting, Epic, and their affiliates shall be limited as permitted by law.
