"Panzers on the Steppe" End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, installing, or using the "Panzers on the Steppe" software ("Application").
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, installing, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download, install, or use the Application.
Grant of License
Upon purchase of a version of the Application for a specific operating system, Advanced Text Analytics, LLC ("Grantor"), grants to you as original purchaser a terminable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download the Application and to install it on exactly one computing device running the same operating system as the version purchased, and to use the Application solely for your personal non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, nor permit or otherwise enable others to, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
You agree not to, nor permit or otherwise enable others to, download or install the Application on any computing device other than on the first computing device on which you install the Application.
Rights Reserved by Grantor
Subject to the license granted to you, Grantor hereby expressly reserves all rights in and to the Application including but not limited to the rights to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Term and Termination
The license granted to you shall remain in effect unless terminated by a failure on your part to comply with any of the above restrictions on the use of the Application, in which event the grant of license above shall terminate immediately and you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application and its installers from your computing devices.
If this license is terminated for failure to comply with restrictions, you agree to be liable for all direct and indirect compensatory, incidental, consequential, and special damages allowed by applicable law.
Severability of Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be deemed changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver of Warranties
THE APPLICATION SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GRANTOR, THE AUTHORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
