4.2. Users should not transfer or lend their account numbers and passwords to others for use. If the user discovers that his account has been illegally used by others, he should immediately notify the Burning Hero APP. 4.3. 4.4. 4.5.7. Do not infringe any third party's patent, copyright, trademark, reputation or any other legal rights;
4.5.8. Do not use the Burning Hero APP network service system to perform any behavior that is not conducive to Burning Hero APP and Burning Hero APP.
4.6. 4.7. If the login information or registration information provided by the user to the Burning Hero APP is inaccurate, untrue, and contains illegal or harmful information, the Burning Hero APP has the right not to log in or register, and reserves the right to terminate the user’s use of the Burning Hero APP. Any text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video materials contained in the network service of the Burning Hero APP provided by the Burning Hero APP are protected by copyright, trademark and or other property ownership laws, without the relevant right holders. If there is any dispute between the Boom Hero APP and the user over the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people’s court where Boom Hero APP is located.
11. Other regulations
11.1. This agreement constitutes a complete agreement between Burning Hero APP and the user on the agreed matters and other related matters of this agreement. Except for the provisions of this agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties in this agreement.
11.2. If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining clauses in this agreement shall still be valid and binding.
11.3. The title in this agreement is for convenience only and should be ignored when interpreting this agreement.

8. Agreement Amendment

The Burning Hero APP can also prompt the user to modify the content through other appropriate methods.
8.2. If you do not agree with the changes made by the Burning Hero APP to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the Burning Hero APP network service. If the user continues to use the Burning Hero APP network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modification made by the Burning Hero APP to the relevant terms of this agreement.
9. Delivery of notice
9.1. All notifications of the Burning Hero APP under this agreement to users can be made by means of in-station letters, etc. Such notices are deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of delivery.

10. Legal jurisdiction
10.1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by Chinese law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts.

If there is any dispute between the Boom Hero APP and the user over the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people’s court where Boom Hero APP is located.
11. Other regulations
11.1. This agreement constitutes a complete agreement between Burning Hero APP and the user on the agreed matters and other related matters of this agreement. Except for the provisions of this agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties in this agreement.
11.2. If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining clauses in this agreement shall still be valid and binding.
11.3. The title in this agreement is for convenience only and should be ignored when interpreting this agreement.
