END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OLYMPIAN KNIGHTS. BY USING OLYMPIAN KNIGHTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Rasmus Caldwell, the developer and publisher of Olympian Knights ("the Game").
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Rasmus Caldwell here with regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Rasmus Caldwell updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Olympian Knights software ("Software") directly from Rasmus Caldwell or indirectly through a Rasmus Caldwell authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
1. License Grant.
You are permitted to load the Olympian Knights software on any device (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Olympian Knights software.
2.Restrictions.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game. Additionally, you may not use external software or modify the game code in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Any violation of this provision may result in the blacklisting of your Steam account, which may prevent you from playing on most servers
3. Prohibited Conduct.
You agree that you will not engage in bullying, harassment, racism, impersonation or the spreading of hate while playing the Game. Any violation of this provision may result in the blacklisting of your Steam account, which in this case can result in the inability to play on any server at all.
4. Termination.
Rasmus Caldwell may terminate this EULA immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Game remains with you.
6. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall Rasmus Caldwell be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if Rasmus Caldwell has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
8. Entire Agreement.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rasmus Caldwell with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Rasmus Caldwell.
9. Changes to the EULA.
Rasmus Caldwell reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time by providing you with notice through the Steam client or the Game itself. Your continued use of the Game following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon uninstalling the software and removing the game from your Steam account (you can do that at https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=1833860).
