You may not make access to the game available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this game in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by MaverickMatryoshka herein.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to this game that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of MaverickMatryoshka in any manner that will cause damage to MaverickMatryoshka.

Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Dutch, State or City law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold MaverickMatryoshka harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this game, which may damage any other party.
Game sessions are run on online servers, where good user conduct is expected and enforced. This encompasses anything that impacts a good and fair game experience for other users, such as but not limited to; cheating, hacking, sexism, racism, hate speech, threats, providing offers to sell any products or services, or providing any information, data, or material deemed in violation of any Dutch, State or City law, or that may cause damage to any user or other party.
Individual game servers may have their own gameplay rules, further extending these terms around user conduct on the server. You further agree that failure to uphold these stipulations may result in being barred access to official game servers at the sole discretion of MaverickMatryoshka. In the case of community servers—defined as servers not operated directly by MaverickMatryoshka—responsibility in enforcing these stipulations rests with the respective server owners, at which time access to the community server in question may likewise be revoked for the user committing the violation. Violating these terms and/or being barred access to one server may directly lead to being barred access to another server.
Selling access to any in-game content that impacts gameplay is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to exclusive skins, unlocking characters, or providing paid services that unlock game progress. This stipulation applies to real life currency, any virtual currency, any form of alternate payment, donations, or any method tied to monetary compensation.
If community servers are found to be breaching any of the terms in this agreement, MaverickMatryoshka reserves the right and discretion to take action that prevents user access to the servers that are in violation of the terms, such as but not limited to excluding these servers from the game’s server listing.
