END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - KALYSKAH SOFTWARE (BETA VERSION)
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Nobre Lobo.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Kalyskah software ("Software") directly from Nobre Lobo or indirectly through a Nobre Lobo authorized reseller or distributor. This EULA covers our Kalyskah software and any updates that do not come with a separate End User License Agreement.
This software is being licensed to you, not assigned.
By installing or using the Kalyskah Game software, you agree to this EULA in full.
Nobre Lobo reserves all intellectual property rights to the software (including all characters, plot, images, photographs, animations, video, music, voiceovers, text and source code).
This license begins when you install or first use the Software and ends when you delete it. It also ends if you download an updated version of the Software that contains a new End User License Agreement.
Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in civil and criminal liability.
Voting by Kalyskah Game sponsors (“Sponsors”) on the Patreon and Subscribestar platform on game art (including its characters) does not grant Sponsors copyright in the Kalyskah Game.
The characters that Sponsors create in the Kalyskah Game are hereby expressly assigned to Nobre Lobo. This assignment is unlimited, perpetual, global, transferable, sublicensable and non-onerous to use, copy, modify, develop and/or create derivative works of the respective characters.
The Software is compatible with the following computer:
Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or faster
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 1060 or RX 580
DirectX: DirectX 11 or DirectX 12
Windows 10
These are the minimum requirements to run the Software.
If the Software interferes with the operation of the computer on which it was stored due to the sole fault of you or a third party (e.g. if the operating system you use is not a licensed copy) or due to misuse of the Software, Nobre Lobo will not be responsible for possible losses.
Nobre Lobo will attempt to amicably resolve all controversies and doubts that arise from this Agreement. To this end, it provides a support and service channel on discord (https://discord.gg/qTx9Csv).
This Agreement will be governed by Brazilian law. The forum of the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, is elected as the sole competent court to resolve disputes arising from this Agreement, expressly renouncing any other, however privileged it may be.
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof. In case of changes to the Agreement, you will be informed for new acceptance.

1. License grant and Intellectual Property Rights
Nobre Lobo reserves all intellectual property rights to the software (including all characters, plot, images, photographs, animations, video, music, voiceovers, text and source code).
- You are receiving authorization to use the Kalyskah software, through a non-onerous license (except for Patreon and Subscribestar platform sponsors), non-exclusive and personal. Any commercial use of the software is prohibited.
- You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, sublicensing, renting or redistributing this Software.
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
- You may extract files from the Software to create modifications (“Mods”), as long as this is done for personal purposes. You cannot sell the Mods you create.
- You may not create Mods that contain defamatory or illegal content, nor that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- You may take screenshots when playing and post wherever you wish, as long as it is done for personal purposes and credit is given to Nobre Lobo and the Kalyskah Game. You may not remove or alter any indications of Kalyskah’s intellectual property rights, such as its logo.
- Use the Software for any purpose that Nobre Lobo considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.
2. Termination

3. “Character Creation” Feature for Game Sponsors
Voting by Kalyskah Game sponsors (“Sponsors”) on the Patreon and Subscribestar platform on game art (including its characters) does not grant Sponsors copyright in the Kalyskah Game.
