You should carefully read this end-user license agreement before using the software products. If you install or use the software, you agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement.
This is to certify that all software programs (programs, game software, clients), any written materials, any online or electronic documents, and any copies and derivative products related to the program are copyrighted by Lidong Zhang through online download, cd-rom or dvd-rom. The use of the software shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the following end-user license agreement, and the program can only be used by a single end-user who agrees to the following agreement. Any illegal copying and distribution of this program is prohibited.
End user authorization agreement:
1. Limited authorization. Lidong Zhang hereby grants you (and you accept by installing the software) a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use a copy of the software. But this is limited to electricity in a home or office. Lidong Zhang reserves the right to update and modify its terms at any time. This procedure is authorized and not by way of sale. Your authorization does not imply ownership of the program.
2. Ownership. Any program and the program within the relevant rights, intellectual property, copy (including but not limited to any computer program code, subject, object, design modeling, model name, description, dubbing, concept, art, illustration, animation, sound, music works, audio visual effect, operation method, any related documents and embedded software tools within the program) are owned by Lidong Zhang. This procedure is protected by property law and other relevant laws. All rights are reserved. This procedure contains some authorization materials, and the authorized person of Lidong Zhang has the right to protect their own interests in violation of this authorization agreement.
3. Responsibility of the end user
A. I agree to abide by this license agreement, without Lidong Zhang before formal written permission, you can not on the basis of this software in part or in full to copy, copy, copy, reverse, decipher, access to the source code, modify, disassemble, related products, also can not remove any property message and labels on the product.
B. The software is licensed to you in the form of a single product. It cannot be used on multiple computers at the same time.
C. you are only entitled to use the product for personal purposes. You cannot:
(I) without the written permission of Lidong Zhang, sell, guarantee or transfer any copy of the program in any way, and may not rent, rent, or license the software to others.
(ii) the program shall not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, the use of the program or any part thereof in the video game center or any other place, without the formal written permission of Lidong Zhang.
(iii) shall not without the written permission, gives the program host and matchmaking service, do not imitate by agreement, modify or add new components into the program, using existing or future development of other tools and techniques to imitate or redirect application network part of the use of the communication protocol, in order to achieve the following some purpose (including but not limited to) play on the Internet, use of non-commercial or commercial network game to game.
D. Continuous use of the program on the Internet will require a certain period of updates, error corrections and improvements to the program, and can be connected to the computer on which you install the program to update, correct and improve the installed program.
4. Program transfer. In the premise of abide by the terms of this agreement in all, you can also transfer all your rights, including, (a) your recipients agree to abide by all the terms and conditions in this agreement, (b) you also agree to remove programs running on their computer, copy, (c) you will all the program (including all software, the media and printed materials included with this program, the lock program password (CD Key) and upgrade, and this agreement) to your recipient. You also agree not to provide the CD Key to any third party in compliance with this agreement.
5. Termination. This agreement shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate this agreement by destroying the program. For your own consideration, Lidong Zhang may terminate this agreement if you are unable to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The agreement can also be automatically terminated if you fail to comply with its terms. In this case, you must uninstall and delete the program.
6. Limited warranty. All risks arising from the use of the program and manual shall be borne by the user.
7. Limited liability. Neither Lidong Zhang nor its partners shall be liable for any loss caused by the use of this program. Losses may include but are not limited to: loss of equity, work stoppage, computer failure or failure, or any other business loss. Any warranty in respect of aggression is hereby expressly disclaimed.
8. Fair compensation. You hereby agree that if the terms of this agreement are not complied with, the authorized person will inevitably and irreparably suffer losses and injuries. Accordingly, you also agree that, in the absence of a contract, surety, or evidence of injury, the franchisor may be entitled to compensation for breach of the agreement, which does not include the compensation that the franchisor is entitled to under other applicable laws. In the event of a legal action arising out of a breach of this agreement, the prevailing party in the action shall be entitled to compensation from the losing party for attorney's fees, litigation costs and other costs associated therewith.
9. Others. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be settled in accordance with the laws of China. You agree that any legal action against Lidong Zhang must be taken in any city legislature or court located in China. The court has objective and impartial jurisdiction over the parties involved in the proceedings.
Users (units, individuals and groups) who install and use Lidong Zhang's software products acknowledge that they have read and understood the above license agreement and agree that the installation of the program is equivalent to agreeing to abide by the license agreement. Acknowledge and agree that this is a unique and complete agreement between the user and the grantor.
If any provision of this agreement becomes illegal, invalid or therefore unenforceable in your country, such provision shall be deemed to be a separable provision of this agreement and shall not affect any other provision of this agreement.
