Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using "Bounty Drag Racing: Drag Racing Evolved" ("the Game"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you ("the User") are granted a limited license to use the Game developed by KODgames ("the Developer").
License Grant:
The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights:
The Game, including all associated graphics, audio, video, and other content, is the sole property of KODgames and is protected by intellectual property laws. The User acknowledges and agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights or interests in the Game and may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of KODgames.
Restrictions on Use:
The User agrees to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and shall not:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Game;
b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed in the Game;
c) Use the Game in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others;
d) Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Game to any third party;
e) Use the Game for any commercial purposes without KODgames' prior written consent.
User-Submitted Content:
KODgames is not responsible for any content, including logos, names, or images of brands, submitted by users. The User agrees that any content they submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Updates and Patches:
KODgames may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to improve performance, fix bugs, or add new features. The User agrees to install and apply these updates promptly to ensure the best gaming experience.
Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. KODgames may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User fails to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in their possession.
Limitation of Liability:
The User agrees to use the Game at their own risk. In no event shall KODgames be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if KODgames has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and KODgames regarding the use of the Game and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
By installing or using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, they should not install or use the Game.
