END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading or using Essence Of The Tjikko - Prologue ("the Application"), you agree to the terms below.

1. LICENSE
La Revria Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute or sell the Application
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Application
- Use the Application for commercial purposes without prior written consent

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included in the Application (graphics, music, code, story) remains the exclusive property of La Revria Studio and its respective creators. All rights reserved.

4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Application may include third-party assets (software libraries, audio, visual assets). These remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, La Revria Studio makes no warranties regarding compatibility, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under French and European law are not affected by this clause.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, La Revria Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
