END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Ghost Network: Dark Hacker ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Neon Punk Labs LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all code, graphics, audio, text, and other content, is the property of Neon Punk Labs LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights to the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple users simultaneously, except as intended through authorized multiplayer features
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Create derivative works based on the Game
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission from Neon Punk Labs LLC
- Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience, particularly in multiplayer modes
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Game includes a Python scripting environment for in-game use. Scripts written by users within the Game are the property of the user. Neon Punk Labs LLC claims no ownership over user-created scripts. However, scripts shared through in-game systems (darknet marketplace, guild sharing, or other multiplayer features) may be used by other players as intended by the Game's design.
5. ONLINE FEATURES AND MULTIPLAYER
When available, online and multiplayer features require a valid Steam account and internet connection. Neon Punk Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time. Player conduct in multiplayer is subject to the Steam Community Guidelines and any additional conduct policies published by Neon Punk Labs LLC.
6. DATA COLLECTION
The Game collects only the data necessary for gameplay functionality (save files, settings, progression). Neon Punk Labs LLC does not collect, sell, or share personal data beyond what is required by the Steam platform. Multiplayer features may transmit gameplay data between players as necessary for online functionality.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. NEON PUNK LABS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEON PUNK LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAME, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Neon Punk Labs LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Updated versions will be posted at neonpunklabs.com.
