1. Acceptance
This document (”license Agreement“, ”agreement") is a legal agreement between you

platform/service provider is not required to collect), as well as for all hardware, software, personal
computer, Internet access and other costs that you incur for accessing and playing the game.
You are personally responsible for monitoring any data consumption and related costs.
Ibis Games and/or the platform/service provider reserves the right to change the rates and availability of the game
at any time without prior notice; provided, however, that there will be no such price change.
6.Access
You have no right to download or republish the game or game content on any Internet, Internet or

A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME AFTER THE ORDER IS EITHER
RECEIVING A REPLACEMENT FOR A GAME, PRODUCT OR SERVICE, OR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE GAME, PRODUCT OR SERVICE,

WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATIONS TO YOU. ANY SUCH NEW RELEASE OR OTHER IMPROVEMENT OF THE GAME MAY CHANGE
RULES, CONDITIONS, FUNCTIONS, ELEMENTS, MECHANICS OR ANY OTHER ELEMENT OF THE GAME. PERIODICALLY, Ibis Games WILL
REQUIRE ALL USERS TO UPGRADE TO NEW VERSIONS OF THE GAME IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PLAYING IT. IF YOU DON'T UPDATE
THE GAME AND DO NOT INSTALL A NEW VERSION IF NECESSARY, Ibis Games WILL IN NO WAY BEAR
RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR INABILITY TO PLAY THE GAME, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY
PREPAID FEES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF COMPENSATION.
9.Compensation

PROPOSED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAMES, TERMINATE THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND CANCEL
ALL RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU UNDER THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AT ANY TIME
FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR LIABILITY. Ibis Games CAN, BUT DOES NOT HAVE TO,
TO INFORM YOU OF SUCH TERMINATION IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (I) IN-GAME NOTIFICATION; (II) BY EMAIL;
(III) IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR (IV) IN ANY OTHER WAY THAT Ibis Games DEEMS APPROPRIATE
TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THE TERMINATION.
11. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
THE GAME IS PROVIDED BY Ibis Games ON AN “AS IS” AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Ibis Games DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A CERTAIN GOAL AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, Ibis Games MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
IMPLIED: (I) IN RELATION TO THE GAME, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, ETC. (II) THAT THE GAME WILL FUNCTION
CONTINUOUSLY, UNINTERRUPTED, RELIABLE OR ERROR-FREE; (III) AS FOR ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CURRENCY OF ANY

EMAILS SENT ON BEHALF OF Ibis Games DO NOT CONTAIN VIRUSES, SCRIPTS, TROJAN HORSES, WORMS OR
OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.WE DO NOT CONTROL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT USERS POST,
OR EXCHANGED IN THE GAME AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OFFENSIVE, UNWANTED, OBSCENE,
ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE MATERIALS YOU MAY ENCOUNTER IN THE GAME OR ON PLATFORMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH

ITS/OR PLATFORMS /SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED AS A RESULT OF USING

CONFIRM THAT THIS PARAGRAPH APPLIES TO ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE GAME OR IN
REGARDING THE GAME.Ibis Games IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, SECURITY AND FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY

13. Warning about cramps, motion sickness, etc.
In rare cases, some users may experience seizures when exposed to certain light patterns
or flashing lights in the game and/or advertising related to the game. Exposure to certain light patterns or backgrounds
on a video monitor or virtual reality headset/augmented reality / glasses /equipment can cause an
epileptic seizure, motion sickness even in persons who have no history of previous seizures or epilepsy.
Ibis Games is not responsible for such effects in the game and advertising related to the game and its final
results, and you get access to the game, play it and see ads at your own risk. Besides,

or loads during the game, including, without limitation, all files, data, and information. The assigned rights include the
right of lease and assignment of rights, as well as changes to information and materials, etc. To the extent that
any such rights may not be assigned, you hereby grant Ibis exclusive Games,
perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, concede, grant, paid in full license, all
sublicensing through some levels, to exercise all intellectual property rights and other rights

developed in the future.
16. It is forbidden to use
You AGREE to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when playing. Your continued access to the game and the right to
play it are subject to proper behavior. Without limiting the rights of Ibis Games to manage the gaming
environment and the behavior of end users in this environment, Ibis Games PROHIBITS the following actions that, in
the opinion of Ibis Games, distract from the overall user experience, and YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
1) committing any actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on
the game system;

through the system to bypass or modify any login architecture or create or provide any

10) You have no right to violate or encourage others to violate any local, state, national

Ibis Games is not responsible for such effects in the game and advertising related to the game and its final
results, and you get access to the game, play it and see ads at your own risk. Besides,
Ibis Games does not accept any responsibility for motion sickness, any balance issues, etc. this may
occur from playing the game or watching ads, etc.
14. Trademarks and game marks
The names, logos, characters, brands and names of products and services appearing in the game and related services
are trademarks/service marks or registered trademarks/service marks

document, transmit Ibis Games any and all rights, property and interests that you can
to have rights, including copyright, in respect of any and all information which the user communicates, transmits
or loads during the game, including, without limitation, all files, data, and information. The assigned rights include the
right of lease and assignment of rights, as well as changes to information and materials, etc. To the extent that
any such rights may not be assigned, you hereby grant Ibis exclusive Games,
perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, concede, grant, paid in full license, all
sublicensing through some levels, to exercise all intellectual property rights and other rights
in respect of all or any part of such information and materials, in any media known now or
developed in the future.
16. It is forbidden to use
You AGREE to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when playing. Your continued access to the game and the right to
play it are subject to proper behavior. Without limiting the rights of Ibis Games to manage the gaming
environment and the behavior of end users in this environment, Ibis Games PROHIBITS the following actions that, in
the opinion of Ibis Games, distract from the overall user experience, and YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
1) committing any actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on
the game system;
2) using your own or third-party software, the game or any information available
through the system to bypass or modify any login architecture or create or provide any
other means by which any system can be accessed and/or the game can be used
in ways other than those intended by Ibis Games;
3) disrespect for the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You have no right to deceive, to persecute,
threaten or cause trouble and/or unwanted attention to other players;
4) You have no right to publish or transmit information about the real world of any player (name, address, account name
, etc.) in the game, on websites or on any other forum.
5) You have no right to collect email addresses or other contact information of other
users from the game by electronic or other means, for example, for the purpose of sending unsolicited
emails or other unsolicited messages;
6) You have no right to request personal information from persons under the age of 18 or to request passwords or personal
identification information for commercial or illegal purposes;
7) You may not use obscene, malicious, threatening, offensive, defamatory,
disgusting, racially or ethnically profanity or images, or in any other
language that Ibis Games, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate;
8) You have no right to impersonate any representative of Ibis Games, employee, consultant,
partner, etc.;
9) You have no right to impersonate another person, distorting your affiliation to any legal
or natural person, hiding or trying to hide your identity or otherwise carrying out fraud;
10) You have no right to violate or encourage others to violate any local, state, national
or international laws or regulations;
11) you have no right to sell, promote, advertise or request products or services in the game;
12) You have no right to change any part of the game, as well as clients, servers, etc.;
13) You have no right to advertise your intention or to commit an act of buying, selling, trading, exchanging or
transferring access to the game;
14) You have no right to advertise your intention or perform the act of buying or selling items for
cash or trading items in the game;
15) You have no right to use the game for any illegal purposes, to organize the exchange or transfer of any
pirated or illegal software in the game;
16) You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel in the game or related to it;
17) You have no right to provide false information or intentionally hide any information when
registering your account in the game;
18) You will not attempt to interfere, hack or decrypt any transfers to the servers or platforms on
which the game is running;
19) you will not intentionally use any error in the game. Errors should be immediately brought to
Ibis Games interacting via ibisgames@mail.ru or through other available channels.
20) You will not attempt to play the game on any server or platform that is not controlled or not
authorized by Ibis Games, its designated persons or platform/service providers;
21) You will not create, use or provide any server emulator.
22) loading invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents into the game;
23) collecting information from other end users without obtaining their consent.
24) otherwise use the game in any way that violates the terms of the End
User License Agreement or the Privacy Policy.
Ibis Games and platform/service providers may close your account and terminate your access to the game for any
reason, at any time, without prior notice, including, but not limited to, if we believe
that you are violating this End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, our
policy.
17. Communication and Feedback Ibis Games may contact you from time to time via any
relevant information channel to keep you up to date with news, for example, about the game, new products
and services, updates, campaigns, promotions, malfunctions, problems related to technical
aspects and/or usability of the Game, payment methods, etc. Ibis Games may sometimes ask
you to provide information about your gaming experience, etc. that will be used to improve the quality and
provision of the game, etc. You are not obligated to provide any ideas, feedback or suggestions (collectively referred to as
"feedback") Ibis Games. Any and all information provided by you is provided voluntarily.
How you will provide us any feedback to Ibis Games, you agree to assign, and

to Ibis Games and recognize that Ibis Games is free to use

invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any applicable jurisdiction, then such provision will be
invalid only to the extent that it is invalid or unenforceable, without affecting
in any way its validity or enforceability in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of
this agreement in any jurisdiction.
20. Modification
Ibis Games reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or revise
the End User License Agreement at any time. Ibis Games will publish these changes to the
game, service platforms and/or forums, etc. related to the game, as well as these additional or revised
terms will become part of the End User License Agreement. Please check this End
User License Agreement document periodically for changes. Your further reproduction
Games means your mandatory acceptance of the End User License Agreement, including any changes
or modifications made by Ibis Games, as permitted above.
21. The entire contract, assignment
This End User License Agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all previous written
or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. Ibis Games may transfer its rights
in accordance with this End User License Agreement without prior notice.
You may not transfer your rights under this End User License Agreement.
