End User License Agreement
Para Bellum - Hold the Line
These license terms are an agreement between the author (Laukaus Games, "we") Para Bellum - Hold the Line (henceforth "software" or "game") and you. Please read them. They apply to the software named above and its future updates.
In purchasing, downloading, using or playing the software, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this agreement and agree to follow its terms and conditions in its entirety. If you do not agree to follow these terms, you must not buy, use or play the software. The only permissions you have in connection with the Software are the permissions laid out in this EULA.
In purchasing Para Bellum - Hold the Line, you purchase a perpetual license to install and use the software and associated materials, documents and other ancillaries (henceforth collectively known as "the Software") on as many devices as you own. Laukaus Games retains ownership of the software.
All other rights such as immaterial or IP rights are reserved to the us, Laukaus Games.
You can't distribute anything we've made without author's permission This includes, but is not limited to following:
- Give copies of anything we've made including the software to anyone else
- Make commercial use of anything we've made except for what's described later
- Try to make money from anything we've made in any way except for what's described later
- Let others access anything we've made in a way that's unfair or unreasonable
- Give away or sell license keys. You may however gift codes t hat have been bought through an official gift code system.
- Rip out parts of the software and distribute them.
- Work around any technical limitations of the software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law, despite this limitation.
- Transfer the software or this agreement to any third parties.
Within reason, you are allowed to make videos or stream the gameplay on services such as Youtube, Twitch or similar. You're allowed to monetize these videos and streams as well.
You are allowed to take and publish screenshots, write articles or reviews about the software and monetize that content.
You're also allowed to use things we've made if the law expressly allowes it such as under "fair use" or "fair dealing" doctrine, but only to the extent that the law applicable to you expressly says.
We can terminate this EULA on breach of any terms. This means that the license and permission to use the software can be revoked without refund.
You can terminate this EULA at any time by unisntalling the software from all your devices.
We might make updates to the software, but are not obligated to do so. Laukaus Games also isn't obligated for any ongoing support or maintenance of the software. Laukaus Games reserves the right to modify the terms of this EULA. These changes will be effective to the extent they can legally apply to you.
You are aware and agree that use of the software and the media on which it is recorded, if any, is at your sole risk. The software is distributed "as-is" and Laukaus Games disclaims all other warranties, guarantees or conditions. Laukaus Games does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or desires. You bear the whole risk as to its quality and performance.
You hold Laukaus Games blameless for any harm that may arise from your use of the software or any actions or inactions of Laukaus Games in connection with the software.
Your local laws may give you rights that this EULA cannot change, in these cases this EULA applies as far as the law allows.
The laws of Finland shall govern this EULA. The courts in Finland shall settle any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA.
