Terms of Service ("Terms")
In order to play any KAMGAM e.U. games you are required to accept the terms of service. If you do not agree with the terms then please don't install or use any of the KAMGAM services.
The legally binding version is ONLY the long version of these terms. The friendly short version is for your convenience and serves only the purpose to give a quick overview.

You enter this agreement with a company called KAMGAM e.U. from Austria (europe).
Ask for written permission if you want to copy any of the games content.
Don't be mean to others and don't cheat.
If you cheat you will be banned and lose all your data (no refunds).
No warranties for the availability or quality of the services.
Austrian law applies. Any dispute must be brought before the courts in Austria.
The terms may change anytime. You'll get notified of significant changes.
Even if a part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest will still be valid.
The game may contain analytics code from gameanalytics.com. It may collect data only in GDPR compliant form. This means you are asked if any sensible data would be collected.
Long (legally binding) Version
This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement that governs your use of all the services (apps, webservices) that kamgam (KAMGAM e.U., Moos 24, 4470 Enns, Austria [refered to as "kamgam"]) offers directly or through a third party (digital or retail stores, websites).
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials that are part of the services are owned, controlled, or licensed by kamgam and are protected by law from unauthorized use. The entire contents of the services are copyrighted under Austrian copyright laws and/or similar laws of other jurisdictions and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of kamgam. kamgam logos, and all game names or logos are trademarks of kamgam and may not be used without the express written permission of kamgam.
Kamgam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kamgam makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of kamgam or the information, content, materials, or products included. Without limiting the foregoing, kamgam does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. You expressly agree to use kamgam services at your sole risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that result from using kamgam and its services.
These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian Law. The parties expressly accept that any conflict arising out of or in relation to the application, interpretation or performance of these terms and the use of the services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Austria.
Kamgam reserves the right to change or modify the terms at any time. Kamgam will attempt to give you advance notice of any substantive changes, but reserve the right to make such modifications immediately if required. If you use kamgam services after any of such changes become effective you are accepting the new terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the services. It is your responsibility to check if there have been changes to these terms and to review such changes.
These terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between you and kamgam concerning the services, and these terms supersede and replace any prior agreements regarding the foregoing. If any provision of these terms are deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The following are all prohibited
> Creating or using hacks, cheats or other tools that alter kamgam services or affect the gaming experience (cheating)
> Insults, libel and slander in relation to other Users, kamgam' employees and third parties; fraudulent content; inciting illicit behaviour; threats, coercion and personal attacks; provocative and aggressive utterances.
> Unethical, obscene, indecent and pornographic content (e.g. pictures and descriptions of violence or injuries; nude pictures or drawings; texts relating to sex or lewd objects or behaviour); deprecating or discriminating comments; content glorifying violence; and content apt to encourage or glorify hatred, violence or discrimination.
> Curses and swear words; harassing kamgam.com, other Users or third parties, e.g.with junk mail, spam or chain letters; all manner of advertising; publishing identities, personal or confidential data as well as individual communications without the permission of the person(s) concerned.
> The User may not provide, describe, apply, circulate, support, link or specify the source of any malware(e.g.computer viruses, Internet worms, Trojan horses, hoaxes, dialers).
If a user is found guilty of breaching these terms the user may be immediately and permanently removed from the service without compensation for any purchases or achievements within the service (no refunds).
Analytics
Kamgam may use the services provided by GameAnalytics.com and therefore you may be subject to their privacy policy.
Parts of their data collection may take place in the US which was covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield and is now operating under the SCC (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as defined in GDPR Article 46 (2)(c).
