This terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Condition”) defines the conditions between Kkyul (hereinafter referred to as the“Company”) and users in regards to the use of websites, software, applications, products, documents and other products and services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided to users under Kkyul.
Article 1 (Term Agreement)
1. The user will use this service following the rules of this agreement. The user may not use this service without agreeing to this agreement. The user is to have agreed to this agreement from the moment the user uses this service.
Article 2
1. Use of the System is limited to those who agree in full to this Agreement. When the User makes reservations through the System, the Hotel understands that the User has agreed to the Agreement in full and will use the System in accordance with the Agreement.
2. In order to provide stable “software”, when there is a problem with the software, Kkyul repairs or restores it unless there is an unavoidable reason.
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
1. "Users" must comply with the matters stipulated in the "Terms and Conditions" and other regulations and notices set by the company, and must not act that interferes with other business or damages the reputation.
2. The user must not conduct the following actions when using the Software.
(1) Copy the whole or part of the Software. Assign, lend, or license the Software to a third party. Modify the whole or part of the Software’s features, text and/or program source code.
(2) Disassemble or decompile the whole or part of the Software, or attempt to decipher the whole or part of the Software.
3. There are instances when this Software undergoes a version update. This agreement shall also be applicable to the updated version of this Software. Version update announcement are not made individually to users.
Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)
1. You shall bear any and all risks related to the use, performance and customer service of Software
2. Kkyul and/or the Supplier hereby disclaim any warranties, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, implied warranty of intellectual property rights or non-infringement, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws.
3. We assume no responsibility for any damages or consequences of any kind arising out of the use or information.
4. Kkyul do not intervene in disputes between “users” and between “users” and third parties through the “software” as a medium, and we do not compensate for any damages.
Article 5 (Changes to the Agreement)
1. This agreement may be modified at any time without prior notification to the user in cases when we judge it to be necessary. After modification, this agreement becomes effective from the time that it is posted in an appropriate location on the website operated by us. As we do not contact users individually on these modifications, please refer frequently to the latest version of this agreement when using this service.
Privacy Policy
We collect the following information to provide services smoothly. The collected information does not include personal information and is used only to improve the function of the program and to determine whether it operates normally.
PC environment information can be collected. The member's consent is obtained at the time of program provision, and after obtaining consent for the first time, it can be provided without consent.
