Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) prior to purchase of a License Key for RoboWarehouse.
By purchasing a License Key and/or downloading and using RoboWarehouse; You agree, without reservation to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree with the terms of this EULA you are not permitted to purchase and/or download any official content related to RoboWarehouse distributed by JoyStick Development Ltd.
If You accept the terms and conditions in this EULA in its entirety on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You warrant that You have full legal authority to accept the terms and conditions in this EULA on behalf of such company or other legal entity, and to legally bind such company or other legal entity to the terms listed.
You may not accept this EULA if You are not of legal age to form a binding contract with JoyStick Development Ltd.
Definitions
In this EULA the expressions below shall have the meaning assigned to them in this clause, unless the context requires otherwise:
“Documentation” the detailed information about the RoboWarehouse software. Its features and the system requirements are available on the steam product page.
“RoboWarehouse License” the license for RoboWarehouse software.
“JoyStick Development” JoyStick Development Ltd; a limited liability company based in the North-East of England.
“RoboWarehouse” The video game software that this EULA is directly attached to. JoyStick Development Ltd's software.
“Updates” any modified versions and updates of, and additions to the RoboWarehouse software.
“Use” the access, download, install or copy of RoboWarehouse.
“You” you, the final and ultimate user of the software or the authorized representative of a company or other legal entity that will be the final and ultimate user.
General
This EULA applies to any licenses granted to You by JoyStick Development Ltd in relation to RoboWarehouse.
By purchasing a License Key for RoboWarehouse software or a copy of the RoboWarehouse software you enter into this EULA with JoyStick Development Ltd.
This EULA may be modified from time to time. JoyStick Development will inform the end-user through the RoboWarehouse software when such modifications are made. Further use of the RoboWarehouse is acknowledgement and acceptance of the new terms stated in the updated EULA. If the end-user does not accept the updated EULA agreement then they must stop use of the software at once.
License
JoyStick Development Ltd grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable license to Use the RoboWarehouse software in accordance with this EULA. JoyStick Development Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. JoyStick Development Ltd is and remains the owner of any intellectual property rights with respect to the RoboWarehouse software. You shall not acquire any ownership to the RoboWarehouse software as result of Your purchase of the License Key or Your Use of the software.
Permitted use and restrictions
In order to be able to install the RoboWarehouse software and receive Updates and upgrades, Your computer requires access to the Internet and shall meet the system requirements described in the Documentation found on the product page. If the user is purchasing this software via the Steam platform they understand that the Steam application software is required in order to utilise the RoboWarehouse software.
The user is not permitted to: rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the License Key or RoboWarehouse software.
Use of the RoboWarehouse software for any unlawful or illegal activity, or to facilitate an unlawful or illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
Deletion or alterations of any disclaimers, warnings, copyright or other proprietary notices accompanying the RoboWarehouse software is forbidden.
JoyStick Development Ltd may modify the RoboWarehouse software at any time at its sole discretion and without notice to You, for example to comply with applicable law or a court order, to avoid a third party infringement claim or to provide Updates and/or upgrades.
Use of the RoboWarehouse software is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use found here:

Maintenance and support
Updates and upgrades of existing software can be found on the product page.
You are not entitled to any update or upgrade following purchase of the RoboWarehouse software and/or license key.
Additional content, updates or upgrades may require additional payment.
JoyStick Development Ltd are not responsible for any compensation to the end user from faulty or otherwise "game breaking" glitches, bugs or updates/upgrades.
Any maintenance and/or support for RoboWarehouse will be done so at the discretion of JoyStick Development Ltd.
The terms of this EULA will govern any Updates.
Disclaimer
Use of the RoboWarehouse software is an agreement that you are not entitled to any compensation due to your overall satisfaction for the product.
Refund policies are handled by the platform you are purchasing from.
Liability limitation
The liability of JoyStick Development Ltd and any third party that has been involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the RoboWarehouse software for all damages arising out of or in any way relating to the RoboWarehouse License, the License Key, the Robowarehouse software and/or this EULA shall in no event exceed the total amount(s) paid by You for the individual purchased product.
JoyStick Development and any third party that has been involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the RoboWarehouse software are under no circumstances liable for consequential or indirect damages (including damage for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, and the like arising out of the use or inability to use the RoboWarehouse software).
The limitations of liability referred to previously shall not apply in the event that: (i) any negligence on the part of JoyStick Development Ltd leads to death or physical injury or (ii) damages arise from the intent, willful misconduct or gross negligence in relation to JoyStick Development Ltd.
Termination
This EULA will continue to be in force until the expiry or termination of the RoboWarehouse license.
License expiry is subject to the product page from which you are purchasing the RoboWarehouse software and/or license.
RoboWarehouse reserves the right to terminate your license for RoboWarehouse software at any given time without notice and without reason.
Upon termination of the RoboWarehouse license you agree to cease use of RoboWarehouse software.
You acknowledge that the provisions of this EULA, which by their nature are intended to survive termination, will remain in effect after termination of this EULA.
Governing law and disputes
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, excluding its conflicts of laws/rules.
Any dispute that arise between JoyStick Development Ltd and you will be handled in a UK court of law.
By purchasing a License Key and/or downloading and using RoboWarehouse; You agree, without reservation to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
