Licence
The owner of the game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game Nightmare: Origins on a single computer or mobile device, and for your personal use only. This license does not authorize you to sell, rent, lend, pledge or distribute the game or any part of the game.

Intellectual property
The Game, and all components of it (including, but not limited to, graphics, sounds, music, dialogue, characters, names, trademarks and copyrights) are the property of the owner of the Game or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, warrant or create derivative works of the Game or any part of the Game.

Safeguards
The game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third party rights. The owner of the game does not guarantee that the game will be free from errors, viruses or other defects. In no event shall the owner of the game be liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the game.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the owner of the game shall in no event be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game, even if the owner of the game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
This EULA automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement. In such event, you must immediately cease all use of the game and destroy all copies of the game in your possession.

Applicable law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the owner of the game is established.

Terms of use of Nightmare: the origins

By using Nightmare: Origins, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Intellectual Property: Nightmare: Origins is the intellectual property of its creator and is protected by copyright laws. Use of any part of this game without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Use of the game: You are authorized to use Nightmare: Origins only for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not distribute, copy, modify or sell the game without written permission.

User Content: You may submit User Content, including comments and suggestions, to Nightmare: Origins. By submitting such content, you grant the creator of the game a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate and distribute such content.

User Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for your use of Nightmare: Origins. The creator of the game is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from your use of the game.

Game Modifications: The creator of Nightmare: Origins reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the game at any time without notice.
