END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — LUMIRIC STAGE

1. AGREEMENT
By installing or using Lumiric Stage ("the Software"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") with Lumiric Studio ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
2. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial content creation purposes.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or its assets
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Sell, rent, or sublicense the Software to third parties
Remove or alter any copyright notices within the Software
4. CONTENT CREATION
You are explicitly permitted to:
Record, stream, and publish videos and livestreams featuring the Software
Use screenshots and recordings for commercial purposes such as YouTube, Twitch, and social media
Monetize content created with the Software
5. USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
The Software allows you to load external files including MIDI files (.mid) and SoundFont files (.sf2). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any files you load into the Software. Lumiric Studio is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from user-provided content.
6. UPDATES
We may release updates, patches, or new content for the Software. Some future content may be offered as optional paid expansions. Core functionality will not be moved behind a paywall after purchase.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software, including all stages, visual assets, shaders, and systems, is the intellectual property of Lumiric Studio. All rights not explicitly granted here are reserved.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiric Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
10. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Torres, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
