Practical Media, LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Demo for your personal entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA. This Demo is provided free of charge for public use and is not a sale of the software or any copy thereof.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Demo and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and any associated artwork, code, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
The Demo collects and saves certain data related to your gameplay, such as the number of deaths experienced and total playtime, to enhance your gaming experience and support future game development. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DEMO.

This EULA and your use of the Demo are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes to this EULA
We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Demo after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
