This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual, company, or any other entity) and Airflow for use of the Airflow ATC simulator ("Software") and its content. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully.

Airflow reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms in this agreement without notice. All such revisions are effective immediately and apply to all users.

You may use the Software for personal reasons.

You may NOT use the Software for any commercial, educational, or any non-personal purposes without explicit written permission from Airflow.
You may NOT sell, rent, sublicense or publish the Software.
You may NOT, nor allow any other person to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivatives of the Software.

Data Collection
Airflow does not collect any information from its users.

To the extent permitted by law, Airflow is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Software.
