Grant and scope of License
"Game" here means software, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order of "Sphere Arena".
Game is published by Maciej Miga Blinking Bulb Studio (the "Publisher").
Publisher grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game on the terms of this Licence.
Game is licensed (not sold) to you, and you have no rights in, or to, the Game other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this License.
All intellectual property rights to this Game and/or it's parts belong to Publisher and/or it's licensors.
You may not rent, lease, transfer, reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble this Game.
General terms
This Game is for personal use only.
In addition, in no event does Publisher authorize you to use this Game in circumstances, applications or systems where usage of the Game or Game's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of health or life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Publisher and it's affiliates harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation law is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. You agree to indemnify and hold Publisher and it's affiliates harmless from any claims resulting from the use of this Game, which may damage any other party.
Publisher takes no responsibility of content created by users (e.g. player names or messages sent), which may be accessed by you during multiplayer game.
If you provide Publisher with any feedback or suggestions about the Game, Publisher is free to use (or not to use) the feedback or suggestions according to its will, without any obligation to notify or compensate you.
This License may be updated by Publisher, if neccessary.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This Game, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program.
Game includes the Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind. Publisher, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials, including without limitation all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions of any kind, such as title, non-interference with your enjoyment, authority, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose (whether or not Epic knows or has reason to know of any such purpose), system integration, accuracy or completeness, results, reasonable care, workmanlike effort, lack of negligence, and lack of viruses, whether alleged to arise under law, by reason of custom or usage in the trade, or by course of dealing. Termination
If you commit a material or persistent breach of this License, License shall be terminated.
In case of termination all rights granted to you by this License will be revoked and you must immediately cease using the Game and remove it from your device.
