END USERS LICENCE AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before installing the game.
Your use, distribution or installation of this copy of EQDRIVE.IO indicates your acceptance of this License.
"Game Software" here means the Game, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order of EQDRIVE.IO.
We offer the Game and Tools through the Steam platform (“Steam”), which is hosted by Valve S.A.R.L. (in the EU) and Valve Corporation (in the US). That means you need a Steam account to play the Game or use the Tools, and your use of Steam is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which you can find on http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/.
The Steam Subscriber Agreement changes from time to time, and if it becomes inconsistent with this EULA then, where there are conflicts, the Steam Subscriber Agreement takes precedence. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use the Game Software. If you have purchased a single copy from Realityocean OU but you want to refund the game you can find out how on the Steam website: http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/ Steam lets you get a refund for the Game in some cases.
This Game Software is for personal use only and may be installed and used by on only one computer. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. Game Software may be accessed through a network only after obtaining a site license. All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by Realityocean OU and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means except with the Game Software software and may not be distributed or copied in any manner.
This Game Software, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
In no event does Realityocean OU authorize you to use this Game Software in applications or systems where Game Software's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Realityocean OU harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use. In no event shall the copyright holder or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute of goods or services, loss of use, Data or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort(including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
This Agreement constitutes the entire statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Estonia.
Realityocean OU the owner of the copyright of this Game Software all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Realityocean OU. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Realityocean OU. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this Game Software.
You may not make access to Game Software available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use this Game Software in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by Realityocean OU herein.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to this Game Software that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of the Realityocean OU in any manner that will cause damage to Realityocean OU
This Game Software and all services provided may be used for lawful purposes only.
