END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MADE IN FAIRYLAND ("WE," "US," "OUR," OR "MADE IN FAIRYLAND"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING DEAD END (THE "GAME"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE DEAD END.
You will not hack, modify, or cheat in Dead End or engage in any other behavior that may give you an unfair advantage over other players.
You will not use any automated means to access Dead End or any part of it.
You will not use Dead End to harass, bully, or intimidate other players.
You will not use Dead End to engage in any illegal activity or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
You will not, or allow others to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Dead End or any of its components.
A "Name" refers to the name of Dead End, its taglines, features, events, or company identity, as well as any names which are confusingly similar to the names of Dead End, taglines, features, events, or company identity;
Our "Brands" refer to any Names and/or the related logos and distinctive characteristics of any of our Names and games;
You may not use or reproduce any of our Assets, including but not limited to code, software, graphics, textures, images, models, sound and audio from Dead End, and any videos or screenshots taken from Dead End, in any way, whether commercial or non-commercial, without our express written permission. You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Assets, or use them to develop competing products or services and you may not let other people access our Assets.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using Dead End, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

GRANT OF LICENSE
made in fairyland grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dead End for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT distribute, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of Dead End, or make any commercial use of Dead End, including any of its names, brands, or assets, without our express written permission.USER OBLIGATIONS

OWNERSHIP
Dead End, including any of its names, brands, or assets, is the sole and exclusive property of made in fairyland. made in fairyland retains all right, title, and interest in and to Dead End, and any copies or modifications thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein. You acknowledge that you will not acquire any ownership rights in Dead End by downloading or using the game.BRAND AND ASSET USAGE GUIDELINES
You may use the names and brands of Dead End in accordance with the following guidelines:A "Name" refers to the name of Dead End, its taglines, features, events, or company identity, as well as any names which are confusingly similar to the names of Dead End, taglines, features, events, or company identity;

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
DEAD END IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MADE IN FAIRYLAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE DEAD END, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.TERMINATION
This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Dead End.GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of Dead End and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by made in fairyland.By installing, copying, or otherwise using Dead End, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
