By playing Longvinter, you consent to the collection and use of specific data, including:

Steam ID
Mac Address
IP Address
Epic Online Service ID
Gameplay actions such as houses built, items purchased/dropped, player interactions, and quest completion.
This data collection takes place during gameplay. Access to Longvinter requires a Steam account, and an anonymous Epic Online Service account will be created linked to your Steam account.

Data Storage:
User data is stored in a Firebase database located in London. It will be retained indefinitely unless a user requests its removal. We do not share your data with third parties.

Data Security:
Sensitive user information is encrypted, with only our first-party server having decryption access. In case of a data breach or compromise, users will be informed via their Steam accounts.

User Rights:
Users have the right to request a copy of their data and its removal. Requests can be made through contact.uuvana.com or by emailing contact@uuvana.com.

Purpose of Data Collection:
We collect data primarily to improve the gameplay experience for all users.

Local Data:
While Longvinter doesn't use cookies, some settings and information are stored locally on your device for preference memory. We (Uuvana Studios) do not access this local information.

Third-party Integrations:
Longvinter integrates Epic Online Services and Easy Anti-Cheat, both of which may collect session analytics and gameplay data.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

EULA Updates:
This EULA will be reviewed and updated, if necessary, annually to ensure compliance with the latest laws and regulations.

Additional Notes:
Game chats in Longvinter are saved locally on the servers they originate from. We (Uuvana Studios) have access to chat histories from our official servers to monitor language use and enforce community guidelines. All in-game purchases are processed through Steam.
