END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "UNDEAD AWAKENING"

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") forms a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CitroenGames ("Developer") and CodevilStudios ("Publisher") for the game "Undead Awakening", encompassing all software, digital assets, media, and accompanying online or electronic documentation associated with the game.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE:
The Software Product is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with this EULA's terms and conditions, CitroenGames and CodevilStudios grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software Product on your devices in accordance with this EULA, the Privacy Policy, and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE
You may not copy, photocopy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, or remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software Product without CitroenGames' written prior consent.
CONTENT
"Undead Awakening" is a first-person shooter game focusing on combating zombies through violence and includes a multiplayer mode where players can compete against one another. Due to its violent nature, it is designed for mature players and is not recommended for people under the age of 18.
HEALTH DISCLAIMER
The Software Product may contain flashing lights and images, potentially causing discomfort or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised. We recommend users take a 10-minute break every hour of gameplay.
TERRITORY
While this EULA has global applicability, you acknowledge that you might encounter restricted access to certain game content outside of the Netherlands due to territorial constraints.
TERM
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Termination will occur automatically, without notice from CitroenGames, if you violate any EULA provision. You can also terminate this EULA by uninstalling and ceasing all Software Product use.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CitroenGames, CodevilStudios, and their respective partners, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages, losses, costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting directly or indirectly from your actions or omissions during Software Product use under this EULA's terms.
CHANGES TO EULA
CitroenGames and CodevilStudios reserve the right to update or modify this EULA. By continuing to use the Software Product, you agree to be bound by such changes.
BY CONTINUING TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU EXPRESS YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THIS EULA'S TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
