End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the developers of Cannonball Crew ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Cannonball Crew ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a copy of Cannonball Crew ("the Game"), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game on a single device or platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement. Each license is tied to the specific copy purchased and may not be shared, transferred, or used on multiple devices simultaneously without our prior written consent.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as explicitly permitted by us.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Use the Game for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Game or its license without prior written consent.
Exploit the Game for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, artwork, and sound effects, are owned by us or our licensors. Purchasing the Game grants you a license to use it as outlined in this Agreement but does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. User Content
If you share, upload, or create content related to the Game (e.g., screenshots, gameplay videos), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for promotional purposes or in connection with the Game. You represent and warrant that any shared content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates to the Game that improve functionality or address issues. You acknowledge that updates may modify or remove certain features and that continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of such updates. Updates will only be available to properly licensed copies of the Game.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Game and all related files from your devices. We may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price or any in-game purchases.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will function without interruptions or errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies regardless of whether the Game is used in accordance with the license granted for the specific purchased copy.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under Swedish consumer protection laws. For information on your consumer rights, visit the Swedish Consumer Agency's website: Konsumentverket.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
