This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Geargom (Victor Chanil Park).

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Paste DB software ("Software") directly from Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) or indirectly through a Geargom (Victor Chanil Park) authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Paste DB software. It provides a license to use the Paste DB software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Paste DB software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "Accept" or installing and/or using the Paste DB software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

This EULA agreement can be updated and it can always be found in the software.


Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Paste DB software on your devices at a time in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

1. Any data, file, passphrase and key that is created by you with the Paste DB software, are under your control.
2. The Paste DB software will create data, file, passphrase and key on your device under your control.
3. The Paste DB software will modify data, file, passphrase and key on your device under your control.
4. The Paste DB software will load data, file, passphrase and key on your device under your control.
5. The Paste DB software will remove data, file, passphrase and key on your device under your control.
6. The Paste DB software will create data, file on your device for its feature. For example, the Paste DB's setting.
7. The Paste DB software will modify data, file on your device for its feature. For example, the Paste DB's setting.
8. The Paste DB software will load data, file on your device for its feature. For example, the Paste DB's setting.
9. The Paste DB software will remove data, file on your device for its feature. For example, the Paste DB's setting.
10. You are responsible for loading the Paste DB software on any device. And you are responsible for your data, your file, your passphrase, your key and you device.
11. You may experience performance issue, if your database size is bigger than what your hardware can handle.
12. Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) cannot create data, file, passphrase and key on your device. Because your data, your file, your passphrase, your key, your device and the Paste DB software, are under your control.
13. Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) cannot modify data, file, passphrase and key on your device. Because your data, your file, your passphrase, your key, your device and the Paste DB software, are under your control.
14. Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) cannot restore data, file, passphrase and key on your device. Because your data, your file, your passphrase, your key, your device and the Paste DB software, are under your control.
15. Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) cannot remove data, file, passphrase and key on your device. Because your data, your file, your passphrase, your key, your device and the Paste DB software, are under your control.
16. Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) cannot remove data, file, passphrase and key on your device. Because your data, your file, your passphrase, your key, your device and the Paste DB software, are under your control.
17. A copied data is going to be stored in your device's OS's clipboard system. And you need to manage the clipboard.

1. Load the Paste DB software under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Paste DB software.
2. Use of the software features under your control. You are responsible for any result by you and the software.
3. Contribute Paste DB opensource projects such as UI translation, Paste DB examples and documentation.
4. Purchase and own multiple licenses (copies). You are responsible for managing multiple licenses (copies). You may need to create multiple store accounts from the software distributor or contact Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park). This part is for school, university, teaching institutions, company, organization, team or any type of group. So any type of group can use Paste DB for their task and education.

1. Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
2. Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell
3. Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
4. Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
5. Use the Software for any purpose that Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park).

Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park) reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.


This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Geargom (Victor, Chanil Park).

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.


This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea (Republic of Korea).
