# End User License Agreement (EULA) for "The Fate of Baldr"

## 1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ananki AS. Please read this EULA carefully before downloading, installing, using, or playing "The Fate of Baldr" (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, using, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

## 2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Ananki AS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.

## 3. Steam

The Game is played through the Steam platform. You acknowledge and agree that you must comply with Steam's Terms of Service and any other policies or rules applicable to the Steam platform.

## 4. Data Collection and Privacy

The Game does not collect any data directly. Any data that is collected is done so through the Steam platform, in accordance with Steam's data collection practices. This is standard for any game played on the Steam platform. Please refer to Steam's Privacy Policy for more information.

## 5. Restrictions

You agree not to use the Game for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

## 6. Termination

Your right to use the Game will terminate immediately if you violate any provision of this EULA.

## 7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Norway, with Oslo as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

## 8. Changes to this EULA

Ananki AS reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the Game after Ananki AS posts a revised EULA signifies your acceptance of the revised EULA.
