This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL.
This EULA Agreement governs your purchase and use of our LeagueSpace software ("Software") directly from EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL or indirectly through an authorized EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the LeagueSpace software. Provides a license to use LeagueSpace software and contains warranty and disclaimer information.
If you sign up for a free trial of LeagueSpace software, this EULA agreement will govern that trial as well. By clicking "accept" or by installing and / or using LeagueSpace software, you confirm your acceptance of the software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement will only apply to the Software supplied by EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL attached, regardless of whether it refers to other software or is described in this document. The terms also apply to EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL updates, supplements, Internet-based services and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items in delivery. if so, those conditions apply.
Grant of license
EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use LeagueSpace software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are allowed to load LeagueSpace software (for example, a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements for the LeagueSpace software.
It does not allow:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or change all or part of the Software or allow all or part of the Software to be combined or incorporated into any other software, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to make such things
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or use the Software for any commercial purpose.
Allowing a third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
Use the Software in any way that violates applicable local, national or international laws.
use the Software for any purpose that EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL considers a breach of this EULA agreement
Intellectual property and ownership
EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL will at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and copyright and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Software, including modifications made to it) are and will remain the property of EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL.
EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and will continue until terminated. You can terminate it at any time by written notification to EURO GAMES SIGLO XXI SL.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will terminate immediately and you agree to stop all access to and use of the Software. Provisions that, by their nature, continue and survive, will survive the termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ES.
