End User License Agreement
This agreement is a binding contract. By accepting this you agree to this user agreement. You are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy (see below) which details how we collect, use, and share your personal information. We reserve the right at any time to modify this agreement. If you disagree with the changes to the agreement discontinue using the MyFloppy service.
To sign up for MyFloppy, you are agreeing to enter a binding contract with Strangest.io and that you are not a child. A child is someone under the age of 13 (or 16 outside of the US). If you are under 13 and have created an account by falsifying information you have violated this agreement. MyFloppy was designed and intended for people 18 and older. We have no intention of gathering information from children.
We reserve the right, on our sole discretion and at any time, to discontinue or modify the service and the content, without prior notice.
When you sign up for an account, you will be asked for your email address and to select a password. The information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your account password with anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account. If you believe your account is being used fraudulently, contact support@strangest.io to reset your password or delete your account.
If you are unsatisfied with the MyFloppy service or our terms of agreement, email support@strangest.io to delete your account. If you haven’t logged into MyFloppy in a year we will delete your account.
MyFloppy, the art/graphics, text, music, trademarks, logos, character names, slogans, is the intellectual property of Strangest.io and protected under U.S. trademark and copyright laws.
You are being granted a limited and non-transferrable license to use our software. MyFloppy is meant for entertainment and not commercial purposes. Other use, modification, reproduction, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution without Strangest.io’s written permission is prohibited.
If you violate these terms, Strangest.io reserves the right, in our sole discretion and at any time to suspend or terminate accounts or access to our services. Strangest.io is not required to compensate you for any losses or results.
With MyFloppy you will be able to chat with other users and create items for the store. By chatting or posting to the store, you agree that the content is not in violation of third party copyrights, not confidential, not in violation of the law, not abusive, harmful, libelous, profane, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible, and not Strangest.io, for the information and text that you share through MyFloppy. Opinions expressed in chat do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Strangest.io. All text and postings are not reviewed ahead of time by Strangest.io and the Strangest.io does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy or reliability of the user generated content.
The Strangest.io does not necessarily monitor materials in chat or posted to the store. Per this agreement, you agree that Strangest.io reserves the right, but not obligation, to edit, remove, or delete, any user generated content available in MyFloppy. If you believe a user has violated these terms or had violated your copy written material, please email support@strangest.io.
By using Strangest.io services, you agree to follow our code of conduct. Violations of the code of conduct shall be considered a breach of the terms which could lead to suspension or termination of your account and access to these services. You agree to the following:
Do not break the law using our services. Do not infringe upon others intellectual property or privacy rights. You will not bully, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, spam, defame, libel, be sexually explicit, deceptive, tortuous, hateful, or be offensive regarding race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or otherwise identity. Do not be unreasonable. Do not participate in child solicitation, grooming behavior, pedophilia, ephebophilia, or predatory behavior. Do not cheat, exploit, automate, use bots, mods, hacks, scripts, trainers, or any software that affects the way the services were intended to operate. No hacking, cracking, harming, phishing, griefing, tunneling, code injection, infecting with a Trojan horse, virus, worm, spyware, cancelbots, malware, malicious code or other computer program, modifying, damaging, disrupting, interrupting or interfering with our Platform or Service, including, any proprietary information or personal data. Do not impersonate someone else or imply that you are endorsed by Strangest.io or claim Strangest.io’s work as your own. Should you believe anyone is engaging in the above activities, please notify support@strangest.io.
