End User License Agreement (EULA)

For Broilers

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and 3o6 and Bloxhill (“Companies”) governing the use of the game Broilers (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

1. License Grant

The Companies grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Conduct

By using the Game, you agree not to:

Exploit any bugs, glitches, or unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game or its code.

Use any unauthorized third-party software, tools, or programs to modify or cheat in the Game.

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any form.

Engage in the sharing, leaking, or publishing of personal or private information (“doxing”) of any individual or organization.

Any attempt to obtain or distribute personal data, including but not limited to names, addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, emails, financial data, or social media handles, without consent will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in legal action.

3. Cheating and Online Play

Cheating in any form, including but not limited to:

Use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications.

Collusion to exploit mechanics in an online match.

Use of bots or automation tools.

will result in a permanent ban from all online gameplay and services associated with the Game.

3o6 and Bloxhill retain the sole discretion to determine what constitutes cheating or unfair behavior.

4. Termination of License

The Companies reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Game at any time for breach of this EULA, particularly for cheating, harassment, or engaging in prohibited conduct such as doxing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Companies do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Companies shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. Changes to the EULA

The Companies may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Game after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
