4.3. The User is responsible for all User-Generated Content they generate, upload, or share and agrees not to generate, upload, or share content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon the rights of third parties.
In-Game Purchases
5.1. The Video Game may offer the opportunity to make purchases within the game, such as virtual goods or virtual currency.
5.2. All purchases made in the Video Game are subject to the Company's terms and conditions of purchase and may require valid payment information.
5.3. The User is responsible for all purchases made in the Video Game and agrees to pay for them according to the established terms.
Limitation of Liability
