Protection to users:
The developer will never attempt any potential harm to the devices or systems (hardware or software) of any user, outside of the game itself or any other possible software provided by the developer. All possible punishments to proved and reasoned bad behavior or "illicit" actions will be limited to the game itself unless considered otherwise by the application distributers. The developer will never "lock" or "delete" a Steam account by any means and if someone is asking for money to do so, it's not the developer or anyone related to the game itself, so we call all users for attention on who are they talking to and reporting any possible impostors.
Any harm done to the user's property will be the responsibility of whoever provided or created the content that caused said harm.

This game uses information from your Steam Profile and other data
To allow for a better game experience and security of the users, the application will access information about your personal Steam Profile and some of this information, such as the "User Name" and "Profile Picture" will be displayed to other users and will be used to identify them in public or private servers and lobbies. This information is not acquired or obtained by us at any moment and will not be used outside of the game environment unless this information is provided by the user.
Some of the progress of the game will be stored as Steamworks Inventory items, usually non-commerciable or tradeable.
Some of the security measures to avoid cheating and users having too many secondary accounts will include owning certain expansions, inventory items as well as having a certain level in Steam.

This game is under development:
Users accept that this game is under development, meaning that there is present a small amount of the content compared to the final release, there could be possible bugs, and neither the developer nor Valve (or any other providers) are responsible for any unintended behavior experienced during the usage of the products, or during the installation/keeping the project in their personal storage.

This game is violent:
The content of the game is explicitly violent and its content should only be consumed by a mature audience. The developer does not limit the usage to younger audiences but takes no responsibility for any damages caused during the usage of the services provided. In addition to this, users might perceive motion sickness due to camera movements on VR as well as photosensitive epilepsy when exposed to flashing lights and colors, so the developer asks the users to be aware of those possible effects and takes no responsibility for the use of the service and its repercussions.

Respect other players and avoid toxicity:
This game can easily induce players to create enmities or induce hostility. Please, note that this is a game and everything should be kept within its boundaries, even if a dispute is considered personal, it should never be taken into the real world. It is also prohibited to search for a player's personal information or to attempt to chase it to other communities, servers, or games, as this is considered harassment unless the player is requesting it and has not asked to do otherwise.
It is absolutely prohibited to impersonate other users, including but not limited to administrators, moderators, game developers, or "influencers" (YouTubers, twitch streamers, etc) even with their consent.

Account sharing and paying other users to obtain in-game content.
Pay to win is prohibited in any form or shape, including communities or individuals offering "kits" of in-game objects.
It is prohibited to share an account with another user.
It is prohibited to offer any kind of valuable (money, objects, in-game items, etc) in exchange for a service or in-game content. Raffles, gifts, or free loot are all accepted.
It is prohibited to ask, offer or have a player to use another player's account to complete a part of the game or obtain certain items, gain experience, etc. All users involved would be considered to be breaking these rules.

Bots, simulated user presence:
Users will not use automated systems, macros, or any kind of not-human input or simulated input to simulate the interaction or presence of a real human/player in a multiplayer or single-player game unless written permission is given. Not following this rule might lead to in-game punishments depending on the nature of the events. Automated farming while Away From the Keyboard should be consulted to server owners of community servers and other users whose in-game performance or experience might result altered by such behavior.

Workshop and other community-created content:
When creating community-provided content (Steam Workshop and other sources), the users that participate by providing this content will in no case do so attempting to harm the game performance, the other user's systems/property, or the game reward mechanics, as well as not replicating premium user features such as cosmetics, expansions or experiences.

The participants on the Steam Workshop or any other kind of mods/addons are not allowed to break rules regarding copyright or creating illicit content.

Users will not USE any community-provided modification intended to bring them an unfair advantage, content reserved to premium users or fakely trigger the completion of achievements, challenges, etc. If a user detects such a system, it should be reported, otherwise, the user is also considered part of the unintended use of the community modifications and addons (Steam Workshop) as well as any other external tools used to manipulate the game.

The developer is allowed to use content created by the community when related to the applications and games provided, this includes, but it's not limited to, the Discord community servers, social media, advertisements, or any other form of sharing the content created. The "content" is understood as any kind of media (images, animations, videos, models, etc).

What "Premium users" are:
Premium users are those users who have spent money in any way for the cosmetics or the content in the DLCs. It is considered that what makes them premium users is having acquired the product that is being discussed. These users might enjoy advantages in comparison to non-premium users, such as being able to access certain servers or services as well as being able to use certain functionalities that are locked to non-premium users, understanding that the game itself acts as a demo version of the complete experience and that non-premium users are able to access with no limit the provided functionalities of the present update.

Warning: some content might be depicted in the first releases of the game but could be locked in the future for non-premium users or have its functionalities limited as the development progresses.

Illicit software:
Users will not create, use or distribute external programs to acquire any unfair advantage, including the manipulation of in-game variables, mechanics, textures, providing additional information usually hidden to the user in their situation, predicting patterns or the near/long future, etc.

If a user perceives the use of any of that software or hardware, has proof (even perceiving a conversation or obvious presence of them is considered proof without physical evidence or recordings), and doesn't report it, it is also considered as part of the bad use of the services provided by the developer and Valve.

Application decompilation and other illicit interactions:
The users will not attempt to decompile or illicitly extract information from the application or other sources in any way. This includes but is not limited to the use of external tools or playing the application/game in an emulator or virtual machine with the objective of extracting any possible information that is not provided.

It is allowed to record video, audio and take pictures of the application using software such as screenshots, screen recorders (OBS, Shadowplay, FRAPS) as far as those applications don't access the information of the application at a level that common users can't.

It is, of course, also allowed for users to manually note information about the environment to calculate data such as the randomness of certain elements, loot table probabilities, etc. This can be done using any kind of system as far as there's not external (not provided by default) software accessing the application at a level common users can't.

Responsibility cease when misuse of the software:
The developer and anyone else involved in the creation of the application take no responsibility for the use or misuse of the software provided or external software/hardware that could damage the user's system, devices, or any other kind of property. Users are asked to provide any possible information when they perceive an abnormal behavior of the application and/or their systems and devices while interacting with the content provided by the developer.

Impersonation:
The users will never attempt to impersonate other users, community authorities, or creators of content, including the developer's or Valve's staff inside and outside the environment of the game, community platforms, and products in general.

Reading the EULA or not:
Not reading the EULA or the rules established on community servers (provided by their moderators) doesn't exempt users from being punished for not following them. Not understanding the EULA or any of its components is a reason for users not to accept it until all the necessary explanations have been provided and the user fully and clearly understands all its contents.

The content of this EULA is subject to changes in the future and users will have to follow the rules regarding the present EULA at the moment of their actions.
