Please read this end user license agreement (EULA) carefully, as it is an agreement between Murat Aydin and you.
These license terms apply to the software named above, which includes the media on which you received it, if any.
All terms apply to any updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services.
By using this software, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use and remove this software.
1. DEFINITIONS
When used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings indicated, such meanings to be applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined:
"Licensor" means Murat Aydin.
"Licensee" means you or your company, unless otherwise indicated.
"Software" means all of the contents of the files or other media with which this agreement is provided.
"Use" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Software.
"Computer" means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions.
2. GENERAL USE
You are granted a non-exclusive License to Use the downloaded Software for any purposes for an unlimited period of time.
2.1. The Software may be installed and Used by the Licensee for any legal purpose.
2.2. The Software can not be copied and/or distributed under any conditions.
2.3 Use within the scope of this License is free of charge and no royalty or licensing fees shall be paid by the Licensee.
2.4. The Software may be installed and Used by the Licensee on up to three (3) Computers owned, leased or controlled by the Licensee.
2.5. The Licensee will not have any proprietary rights in and to the Software. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensor retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights in and to the Software.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Licensor assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commerical damages or losses.
Licensor is not obligated to add, extend, or deliver any kind of updates or fixes.
Website of the Software is not guaranteed to be up and running, and Licensor is not responsible to keep it up, or up to date.
Licensor does not guarantee to use any data which comes from contributors, and keeps all the rights of usage.
5. PRIVACY
In order to innovate and continuously improve its products, Licensor may collect some anonymous usage statistics from its Software including, without limitation, the collection of information on how software is used by users. Statistics potentially collected is anonymous and can not in any way lead to identify users.
By contributing the Software by any means, you are willing to share any information, or data you sent, and Licensor is not responsible for the safety of sent information, or date. Licensor can not share user information, but any data from contributions can be used in the Software.
If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below:
1. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS
You may install and use single copy of the software on each Computer owned, and up to three (3) Computers owned.
You may uninstall and reinstall unlimited times as long as the usage right above applies.
2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. The Licensor reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.

You may make one backup copy of the software. You may use it only to reinstall the software.
4. DOCUMENTATION
Any person that has valid access to your computer or internal network may copy and use the documentation for your internal, reference purposes.
5. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
The software is subject to Germany export laws and regulations. You must comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users and end use.
6. SUPPORT SERVICES
Because this software is "as is," we may not provide support services for it.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support services.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
a. the Federal Republic of Germany. If you acquired the software in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Free State of Bavaria state law governs the interpretation of this agreement and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort.
b. Outside the Federal Republic of Germany. If you acquired the software in any other country, the laws of that country apply.
9. Legal Effect. This agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your country. You may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you acquired the software. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED “AS-IS.” YOU BEAR THE RISK OF USING IT. MURAT AYDIN GIVES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS WHICH THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT CHANGE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS, LICENSOR EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
This limitation applies to
12. HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS
You understand that the Software is designed for use on a virtual reality platform and that there are inherent risks of personal injury, discomfort and/or property damage that are associated with virtual reality platforms and the Software. Personal injuries, property damages, and any other damage to any living creature or object is your own responsibility, and the Software and Licensor cannot be held as responsible.
It is your own responsibility to use the Software in healthy conditions. It is suggested not to use the Software when you are tired, need sleep, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Some people may have severe dizziness, seizures, eye or muscle twitching or blackouts triggered by light flashes or patterns, and this may occur while they are playing. Licensor and the Software cannot be held as responsible from any accidents, damages, or problems.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Software and assume all risks associated with your use of the Software and activities relating thereto.

- transfer the software or this agreement to any third party
- use the software for commercial software hosting services
3. BACKUP COPY

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS, LICENSOR EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. LIMITATION ON AND EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
This limitation applies to
- anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third party Internet sites, or third party programs
- claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tort to the extent permitted by applicable law. It also applies even if the Licensor knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you because your country may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages.
12. HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS
