1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Frozen District sp. z o.o. ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"), a Polish video game studio headquartered in Kraków, Poland.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing Forgery Craft ("Game"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority where you live), you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted this Agreement on your behalf.




2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make.

We do not collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.

We collect data solely to better understand who our players are, what aspects of the game interest them, and what their profile is.

2.1 What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information you provide when you choose to share it with us through:
- Sending us an e-mail
- Signing up for our mailing lists or newsletters
- Sending us a bug report
- Becoming a user of our software and systems
- Working with us on a project

We may use this data to better target marketing campaigns for our games.

2.2 Third-Party Analytics and Services

We do not collect information directly ourselves; however, we use tools that do so for specific purposes. In particular, we use (or may use in the future):

- Unity Analytics and Unity Crash Reports — to find and fix bugs in our games. As a result, information about the player's computer configuration may be transmitted along with error reports.
- GameAnalytics — to better understand our players. (https://www.gameanalytics.com/)
- Newsletter services — if you sign up for our newsletter, we store the data you provide to us.

2.3 Advertising Campaigns

To understand the success of our advertising campaigns, we use Gamesight to note when individuals interact with our online advertisements. We are informed of the IP addresses of such individuals and their Steam ID. This information is used only to better understand the success of our advertising campaigns.




3. How We Protect Your Information

We implement security measures including regular malware scanning, e-mail filtering, and security patching. All personal information is contained behind secured networks only accessible by authorized staff. Our methods meet GDPR compliance requirements.




4. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request deletion of personal data
- Request correction of personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Request transfer of personal data to another entity
- Object to processing of your data

You are also entitled to contact local data protection authorities, including the President of the Data Protection Office (Poland).




5. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement and our Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in applicable data-protection and privacy legislation.
