Such content is solely the creation of the submitting party, and Aggressive Mastery LLC does not review, endorse, or assume ownership of it. Parties utilizing the game’s customization features are fully and legally accountable for the content they create, modify, or upload, including compliance with applicable copyright, intellectual property, and other laws. The integration of party-generated content may significantly alter gameplay mechanics, visuals, or experience. These modifications are not evaluated, rated, or endorsed by Aggressive Mastery LLC or any affiliated entities, including distribution platforms. Furthermore, gameplay altered by such content is not supported by Aggressive Mastery LLC, and parties are expressly prohibited from distributing or publicly sharing modified versions of the game incorporating their uploaded assets. Any attempt to do so exceeds the scope of permitted use. Violation of this agreement, including but not limited to the upload of infringing, unlawful, or unsupported content, will result in the immediate termination of all use rights granted to the offending party under this agreement and any associated licenses.
