This EULA is for Exit Strategy, a game created by Rotospace Studios Inc.

With the installation or execution of this software on a computer (this machine) the end user agrees to the following terms:

• The user has permission to use the machine or platform on which Exit Strategy is run on.
  
• The user accepts that Rotospace Studios Inc. can not be held responsible for the actions of players in online games.

• The user does not have any intellectual rights over the software about to be used/installed.
  
• The user will not use this license on more than 4 computers
  
• The user will not redistribute, copy, clone, modify or alter in any way with the software without specific written approval from Rotospace Studios Inc.

• The user will not fault Rotospace Studios Inc. in the events of the original or modified software not running on this machine.

• The user will not hold Rotospace Studios Inc. financially responsible in the event of hardware or software malfunction leading to temporary or permanent damage
  
• The user will not hold Rotospace Studios Inc. responsible for any damage, physical or emotional, incurred to any person or object during online play.
