END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - MAK:SURVIVAL

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Two Friend Studios ("Licensor") for the use of the video game "MAK:SURVIVAL" ("the Game").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Two Friend Studios. The User acknowledges and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without express written consent from Two Friend Studios.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS:
The User agrees not to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game in any unauthorized manner.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Two Friend Studios.
4. UPDATES AND SUPPORT:
Two Friend Studios may provide updates and support for the Game at its discretion. The User agrees that the EULA applies to any updates provided by Two Friend Studios.
5. TERMINATION:
This license is effective until terminated. The User may terminate it at any time by ceasing to use the Game. Two Friend Studios may terminate the license if the User breaches any terms of this EULA.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty. Two Friend Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Two Friend Studios be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Denmark.
