The company is not responsible for losses resulting from account sharing, weak passwords, third-party access, phishing, malware, account sales, or any other situation caused by the user’s negligence.
6. License to Use
The company grants the user a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use Rasek solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The user does not acquire ownership of the game, servers, software, characters, items, virtual currencies, artwork, trademarks, code, systems, databases, or any other element of Rasek.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights related to Rasek, including its name, trademark, logo, characters, maps, stories, monsters, interfaces, music, sounds, artwork, code, systems, databases, and other creative or technical elements, belong to the company or its licensors.

Characters, items, virtual currencies, equipment, skins, progression, achievements, and other digital elements are part of the Rasek service and do not represent real property owned by the user.
The company may create, change, balance, remove, limit, or discontinue virtual content whenever it considers necessary to preserve the economy, security, balance, gameplay experience, or integrity of the servers.
The user acknowledges that items and virtual currencies have no monetary value outside the authorized Rasek environment, unless expressly permitted by the company.

Opening payment disputes or chargebacks without a valid basis, or in violation of the Refund Policy, may result in account suspension, cancellation of the benefits linked to the disputed transaction, and restriction of future purchases, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
10. Rules of Conduct
The user agrees to follow the Game Rules and not to engage in conduct that harms the community, the company, the game economy, the integrity of the servers, or the experience of other players.
The following are prohibited, among others: bots, macros, scripts, automation, unauthorized external software, manipulation of the game client, exploitation of bugs, sale of accounts or items for real money outside official channels, payment fraud, harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, phishing, social engineering, and ranking manipulation.
11. Bots, Macros, and Automation
The use of any tool that plays, makes decisions, performs actions, simulates presence, repeats commands, reads the screen, injects commands, interacts with the game client, or grants an advantage without direct human control may be considered a serious violation of these Terms.
12. Bugs, Exploits, and Vulnerabilities
The user may not exploit bugs, balance errors, economy failures, item duplication, reward inconsistencies, or any other vulnerability in Rasek.
If the user identifies a flaw, they must report it through the official channels, without disclosing it, exploiting it, or encouraging others to use it.
13. Penalties and Disciplinary Measures
In case of violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Game Rules, or applicable law, the company may apply disciplinary measures proportional to the seriousness of the case.
These measures may include warnings, chat mute, removal of messages, reversal of items, currency, or progress, suspension, permanent ban, purchase restriction, content deletion, restriction from events, or communication with the competent authorities.
13.1. Appeal of Penalties
A user who believes a penalty was applied incorrectly may submit a formal appeal.
The appeal must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the penalty notification, through the official support e-mail or the ticket system available on the website.
The request must include the account identifier, such as ID or nickname, a detailed description of the situation, and, if applicable, evidence that may assist in the review.
The company will review the appeal and communicate the result within 10 (ten) business days.
During the review, the applied penalty will remain in effect.
The final decision within the internal administrative process will be made by the company, without prejudice to the user’s legal rights under applicable law.

The user is responsible for messages, names, texts, images, clans, guilds, descriptions, and any other content published within Rasek.
The company may moderate, remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms, the Game Rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.
16. Events, Rankings, and Competitions
The company may organize events, rankings, seasons, tournaments, and prizes inside or outside the game.

The company may update, modify, balance, suspend, interrupt, or discontinue features, servers, content, systems, items, characters, classes, maps, formulas, rewards, and events.
